2009 Package Vs Dining Plan

I'm confused about 2009 rates and Dining Plan I wanna book the hotel room and the MYW tickets but I'm not sure about the Dining Plan yet...

If I book a package for summer 2009 without Dining Plan, if later on they offer free Dining Plan for my arrival date can I still get it ?

or Do I have to book the Dining plan and then if it's free on those dates they're gonna give me a refund (cause at that time I would have paid the total price of my package) ?

You can book it, and then switch to a package with free dining if it becomes available (or any other discounts you find that they can apply). What I would do is NOT pay it in full. Just put the money aside. That way no worries about refunds later on.
