2009 Disney Dining Plan

Hello! I am getting ready to plan our 2009 Feb trip and I was wondering if any knows if the DDP will be the same as this year. My dh and I did the DDDxP this year and loved it. I have looked but can't find if there are any changes coming. Thank you for helping.

No one will know until Disney announces package details for 2009, most likely in August.

They havent even released pricing for the room or tickets yet. DDP is the last thing on their mind

My dh and I are kicking around the idea of staying onsite and using the ddp. We are going on a cruise the 29th of Aug 2009 and plan to visit the world the week before.
So, my question is, when does Disney typically announce the dates for the free dining? This is our first experience with this and are trying to figure out the timing so I know when to keep an eye on announcements. TIA
