2008?

I can't seem to get a reservation online for 2008 - May specifically. Any idea why?

I was also trying to check on room availability at the Universal Hotels for 2008, and had no success...

I was thinking of May 08 too. A long weekend at the HRH for my daughter and her 2 friends . She will be sweet 16 and I just don't want to have a huge party and think this is better . Anyone else agree??

It is because the 2008 rates have not been released. Crazy, isn't it? I've been trying to make ressies for April/May 2008 for months. I was told that the rates are not available and keep checking back. I got to the hotel website every couple of days, and keep watching these boards. Someone will post the minute rates are available.

I think you could call the hotel directly and book whatever the rack rate is right now. . . I think. Then watch for the rates to go down and call and change your ressie. Me. . . I'm just hanging out and waiting round.

I just got an e-mail from Juanita (PBH assistant rooms manager) keeping me up-to-date that the rooms were still not in the computer.

today, July 18, 2007, our rates are not loaded onto our reservation system
as of yet. I will keep tracing your request and I will keep you
up-to-date.

I have to say, the service from the Portofino has been incredible! Juanita has gone out of her way to keep me updated. It just goes to show how customer service oriented Loews is.

Thanks , I may call the hotel and see if they can keep me updated . I think this is so much better then a party for a sweet 16 and we LOVE the HRH .
