2008 Disneyland Vacation Packages Now on Sale

Hi all,

Disneyland 2008 vacation packages went on sale today. I have full details on my site, but basically there are two versions you can buy at this time: Disney's Resort Dream Vacation Package and Disney Rewards Visa Dream Vacation Package.

The two packages are almost identical except that the Disney Rewards Visa package adds a free backpack and access to a special viewing area for one parade.

I also anticipate there will be a special package deal for check-ins 1/7/08-4/24/08 but it hasn't been released yet.

I know they cut value season short for 08 which kind of was not pleasent to find out heh since reg rates do make room rates go up. I went ahead and booked, but wish they would have not cut the value season short.

They also added a Super Value Season and some packages that combine with a side trip tp SanDiego and/or LA. Couple of special offers as well including 5 day ticket for the price of 3 days.

Yeah I heard about the super value. It's for a very limited amount of days in jan/feb. The Ticket Promos and all are good for 08, just wish they had kept the reg value. I am happy with what you get in the dream package.

Did you find the exact dates for the seasons? Can you direct me to it? I cant seem to locate the season guidelines. THanks!

The cast member said the 07 season guide is still postged and 08 has yet to be. I know it starts value in jan, and ends march 7th when it used to go until near the end of march.

I think it is because Easter is in March next year. So in reality, Spring Break comes very early. The upside is that April should be less crowded - especially the later part of the month.

I am hoping that the begining of March will not be really busy.

Thanks Lostgirlz! We are planning to arrive March 8th and it sounds like the early March time frame may be very crowded with spring breakers. We will keep our fingers crosssed and may look at a few other date options.
