We are staying at CSR and have a breakfast reservation (7:45) at Ale&Compass. Two questions:
>> I think we can take the bus to Disney Studios and then the skyway to the back of Epcot and walk over to A&C. Is this the best option, and about how long would you plan on this taking?
>>Uber/Lyft? If I have an ADR for breakfast, will the parking guards let our driver drop us at the front of the Beach?Yacht? Club? (can't remember which location is A&C).

>>Other suggestions cheerfully considered! Thanks!!

Your ADR is too early in the morning to use Disney transportation. Buses will begin running close to 7:15ish but that does not allow enough time to bus to DHS, Skyliner to Epcot then walk to Yacht Club where Ale and Compass is located.

You will need to hire private transportation which will be allowed to drop you off at Yacht Club once you show parking guard confirmation of your ADR.

You could also take the boat from the studios or if you are not opposed to it you could take a walk
But if you would like convenience an Uber would be your best option
When I did this last November I took a bus to the studios and then I did a nice stroll to the restaurant because it was a beautiful day and I had time for my return I took an Uber because I was stuffed and I didn’t want to do all that walking and mess with all that different transportation
Their breakfast is phenomenal I hope you have a wonderful time

FYI even if you do get an early bus (or rideshare drop off) to DHS, the Skyliner might not be the best way there. From DHS, Skyliner takes the red line on this map over to the right to CBR, then back over to Epcot IG. The walk from there (orange line) over to Yacht Club lobby is probably almost as far as just walking to yacht club from DHS bus/rideshare ( blue line).

Green line is boat to/from DHS and the joint BC/YC dock, but might not run early enough for the way there.

Whether or not you are staying at a non-Disney resort hotel, you're quite limited with transportation options.

DHS and EPCOT typically open around 9am, or 8:30am if you're at an eligible Early Entry hotel. Disney Transport buses will be full of pixie dust at 8am. If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you will need to book a Minnie Van or similar rideshare service as the buses will not start in time for your ADR. If you are not staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel (including the Disney Springs and Flamingo Crossings hotels), same situation minus the Minnie Van option.

You need to have your proof of ADR ready when your rideshare takes you to Disney's Yacht Club Resort as the guards will ask for it. If you don't have it with you, you end up being redirected to Disney Springs buses, which don't run until around 10am when they open. Note that all entry to Disney resorts as non-guests are at the security guard's discretion.

Give yourself at least 1 1/2 hours prior to your ADR as rideshares can get congested. Some rideshares that aren't Minnie Vans may be from outside of the Disney bubble, so those are subject to that thing called I-4 congestion.
