2008 Dining Plan - which restaurants aren't participating?

I see that there are no Downtown Disney restaurants on the Dining Plan for 2008 except Capt Jacks.

What other restaurants aren't participating? Yes, I know there's a chart at wdwinfo of ones that are, but I'm having a hard time at a glance seeing any missing places except for the above.

I ask, because in another thread someone stated that they wouldn't be coming to Disney in 2008 because "many" of their favorite restaurants were off the dining plan. Made me curious.

We went through the same thing last year. I suspect some restaurants, if not all, who are missing will eventually sign their contract with Disney. It could be some will not. But I would wait to see.

I would also reccomend waiting see what happens with the one I dont know since we are not planning on going in 2008 and instead going to Hawaii for 2 weeks and going on a Mexican DCL cruise with a week at WDW so I really couldnt tell you

I just called to make an ADR for Le Cellier and asked about WGP in 2008. I was told that it had been added. It still dosen't show up on the official pdf. I'm keeping my ADR but made the Le Cellier as a backup.

I have heard from many others that, as Bicker stated, these resturants are negotiating contracts with dinsey and these will finalize in the comming months. I didn't want to wait and find out in December that WGPs pulled out of the DDP and I needed an ADR for my Jan 1-7 trip, so I made a back up for those TSs.

Either way, if your are worried, make backup ADRs.
