to WISH! You will love C25K. Don't worry about keeping up with the program, it is designed to work. I was a total couch potato before starting. Now, I graduated the program last week. I am not quite up to the 3 miles, but I can do 2 1/2. For me, this is huge. You can do it!
Thanks, Johanna! CONGRATS on graduating!!!!

I used to be a runner before kids - but that was almost 7 years ago! LOL I'm really loving this program!
I also have to admit that I haven't really changed my diet. I would love to lose about 10#, but mostly would like to get to a point were my exercising allows me to eat what I want and not gain. Is that too much to ask???
. So, I did Week 1 again the next week. I'm now doing Week 2.

It seems like everytime I try walking or running I end up with shin splints! I'll take time off and try it again when I am better. Anybody with any suggestions?
