Hi there!
Yesterday I did my first podcast run (W1D1). I thought I would have been able to do the whole thing since I'm in adequate condition (I usually bike about 8 miles a day, 5 days a week). I couldn't finish the running intervals
...Those last 10 minutes were rough. I had to walk the last 10. I'm a little sore today, which I kinda expected since I'm working different muscles than when I bike and I could feel the difference when I was running.
But, tomorrow's another day and Ibuprophen is my friend.

Every step is a great one!

But I did it. I did it 'slowly' but I ran for 20 minutes today without stopping. I wasn't sure when I had to run for 90 seconds that I could do that and I did, each week is a little easier to keep going!!! Keep at it.
I hope to join those ranks someday soon, but right now it's impossible to imagine.

I'm about to start W3 in a little while, and just coming here and seeing all the success you are having has made me a little less afraid.
