My two friends and I are headed to WDW in 7 days :). I plan on making a reservation for a 2008 bounceback package for me/DH or me/friend. One of my friends wants to book a package for her family. If our other friend returns to WDW, it will most likely be staying with me. My question, can she (the other friend) make a reservation for another friend of ours and her family for the 2008 bounceback promotion or does the person who makes the reservation have to be part of the party? Or can you book more than one room/package? Confused yet? Thanks for any info.

I read that the people who book (their name on the ressie) must be staying in the room(s). THis is why my stepson and DIL who are leaving next week can't book a room for us for next year. Though my stepson and husband do have the same name, but not the same address. Since they won't be going next September it won't work. We also have good friends going the end of the promotion and offered to book a room for us for next September, but can't because of this rule. But if all of the people booking rooms this trip with you for next September and all are traveling with you next September, it might work for you. It's just that the ressies will be in their names. Good luck and please let me know if I'm wrong, esp. since I have several ways to book via other people.

I had two adults in the room, so we could book two rooms - one in our name and one in my brothers name (not the same as ours). So we are booked for next september with my brothers family as well (he couldnt go this year and was depressed - so now he has free dining to look foward to next year). I called from my room and booked before I left as per instructions. Seperate ressies and all.

I'm curious: did you have to book for the same dates and/or same resort? I have a friend who wants me to book for her when I'm a POP next week. Just not sure we'll be traveling at the same time next Sept., or want to stay at the same hotel.

I'm bumping this up for some more info....:rolleyes1

We are in the same situation. My sister and her family are heading to Disney next week, staying at OKW. We are also going with them in August, during the bounceback dates. Right now we are both booked at OKW. Could she and her husband book two new separate reservations(if available) while they're there in Feb-One for us and one for them? We will be travelling together, so we'll all be there at check-in. - 40% off is very enticing!:goodvibes Thanks for any info.
