Happy No. she looked like she wanted to cry as the counselor was explaining that she will have to face the future consequences if she stays on this path.
She says she will try to keep on top of everything now but who knows what will happen. The teachers made a deal with her that if she does all her assignements between now and the end of the quarter they will change her grades so she will pass the quarter and not have to repeat the courses next year.

Maybe this is the shock she needs to get her to change her ways Michele - I hope so

I could just imagine my two if someone was trying to give them advice, they'd be rolling there eyes and muttering 'whatever' under their breath - teenagers ! they think they know it all (bless 'em)

Yes they do..After the meeting she actually had the nerve to ask me if she could invite the banned 18 year old bf to her sweet 16. I just looked at her like she was nuts. She thinks because all her school issues were worked out today she can suddenly see him outside of school..Lmao..Idon't think so

What are her plans for her Sweet 16 ? are you having a huge party. The girls watch that programme My Super Sweet 16 on MTV, and it cracks me up when you see the mothers trying to out do their daughters, will you try to upstage Nicole ?

Have your girls had proms yet ? Kerry had hers last Summer - I'll try and find some photos for you

See Laurie, you start your drive and it got busy. I just got back from Curves and food shopping now I have to head back to the school for some more PTA stuff. Bryan has Tae Kwon Do after school then hopefully I will be home to hang out here and watch American Idol. Hope you had a good trip home!

I'm bored too. I really want to go out and buy lots of new clothes for our Cruise - other than Christmas - I love shopping for my holidays

Hopefully I'll buy a few Fish Extender gifts this week - I'm trying to buy a few things a week

I really hope the next 6 months fly by

I'm with you with wanting to go out to buy some clothes for the trip! I love buying stuff for me and the kids for a cruise. I don't want to buy any clothes yet though because I want to lose some more weight. I guess I'll have to have fun buying for the FE for now!

I think it is going to be a great cruise too!! I am looking forward to getting to meet you all!! I am guessing we'll probably wind up meeting at the port before we get on the ship - because we'll all be there at 10 am!! LOL

I can't wait to meet everyone in person too! I'll be there at 10am with all of you!

Hi Mandy we are going on this cruise to!! This is my husband's and childrens first cruise so we are all excited. It will be myself, my husband and our 2 sons (14, 10) going.

She sees him in school,talks to him on the phone till all hours ,talks to him online and sees him every friday night at yda behind our backs. We pretend to not know she is meeting him there.I can't chain her to the house so i close my eyes to friday's .It is a teen hangout where there are counselors essentially babysitting them so they can't doing anything bad (if you get my drift). But now she is grounded till her next quarter (my grounding before jeff came home).

Her sweet sixteen is going to be me or jeff taking her and 5 friends to a concert. I think she said MSI or HIM i don't remember the name of the band.
Then out to dinner. She didn't want a big party. But the bf is definately not invited..lol

She had such a great night. The limo left from our house, and the kids and their parents all turned up to take photos and have a glass of wine

She fell in love with her dress the moment she saw it on the internet, we had to have it shipped over from JC Penney, and it was very her (she wouldn't wear anything too girly)
