Have you got any trips planned for this year ?

Thanks Mandy. We woke up this morning and it was 6 degrees out We were all sick for the last couple of weeks but I think everyone is finally almost recovered. I am really looking forward to Spring.

Of course we have a couple of trips planned I just can't stay away especially with all the special offers Disney keeps tempting me with. In Feb. we will be heading down to FL. Tom will work a couple of days then we are going to see baseball Spring Training. When DCL offered kids go free I ended up booking a 3 day (cheap inside cabin) Wonder trip. I really can't wait. We are going with just Tom, I and the kids and I really just want to relax! We are not telling Bryan about the cruise (he knows we are going to FL) and can't wait to see his reaction when we pull up at the port. Then in August we are going with the in-laws again to WDW with free dining. We will probably go to the beach for 2 days then spend a week at the parks. I think we are going to just miss you. We arrive at Pop Century on Aug. 24th. Lets keep the bad weather away this August!!!!

Hi Mandy-

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and the birthday card. It arrived yesterday afternoon, what a lovely surprise. I have been really busy painting Ian's room to surprise him when he returns home tonight. I have completely changed the theme it will now be space/star wars, with of course one small area dedicated to Dr Who. The bad news is they get home tonight and I'm only half way done. So my big plans for today are to paint, paint, and paint then go to the airport to pick up the boys at 10pm. Is Kerry getting excited about her birthday? Thanks again for the card. I hope everyone is going to treat you over the weekend, especially as you're spending your birthday painting (though Ian's room does sound great )

Yes Kerry is really looking forward to her birthday. I can't believe she is going to be 18. I'm too immature to have an 18 and nearly 16 year old We've booked a table at one of our favourite Chinese all you can eat buffets for next Saturday. There's a table for 10 for Kerry her friends and Becky, and then me and Paul have got a table for 2, so we can celebrate with them, but we don't cramp their style

So Bahama Mama's (if you're out there), what have you got planned for the weekend. We haven't got anything arranged, so hopefully we'll get a couple of lie ins and just chill out. Hopefully tonight me and Paul will pop to the wine bar for a couple of drinkypoos, but that's about it for our weekend

Hi Mandy-

The first ticker is for our trip to FL to visit with Christopher's parents, no Disney this trip, but if all goes well we will be watching the space shuttle launch from inside Kennedy Space Center on Feb 12. We have special tickets and will be the closest you can get to the shuttle. We are also having breakfast with an astronaut. Keep you fingers crossed that the shuttle goes up. So many things can happen to change that. On this trip we will also visit Tampa, spend a day at Universal, and have dinner at Midieval Times Castle. (I don't know how to spell that - lol)

The second ticker is for a work trip that I am taking in March. Two nights at WDW, staying at Wilderness Lodge, followed by a 3 night cruise. I'm really excited.

Hope you have a lovely weekend. Tori and I went shopping last night for Kerry's birthday card. It will be going in the mail today, I hope it arrives on time.

Oh how exciting to see a Shuttle Launch from the Kennedy Space Center. Me and Paul are space nuts and love visiting there (though we haven't been in years, as the girls aren't so enthusiastic ). We once saw a Shuttle Launch from Cocoa Beach, and it was brilliant. Fingers crossed that it still goes up on your day. The time we saw it go up, we went to Cocoa Beach but then it was postponed due to rain somewhere with seconds to go, so we had to come back the next day to see it go up. It was a great experience
