Sorry i missed sailaway last night my friend from pa decided to show up on my doorstep yesturday instead of today . Hat it when she does that ..my house was not ready for company..lol. So i got stuck with them here until i went to work. This afternoon we are going to the hotel to hang with them at pool.So i won't be around at all today and then i go to work. Hope you all have a great day today.

I apologize in advance because I have no time at all to try and catch up. I'm finally home, got in a little after 10 pm last night. Magic Meets was very fun, the raised over $19,000 for the Make-a-Wish foundation and then Lou Mongello kicked in more to make it an even $20,000. What wonderful giving people.

I will try to check in and do a catch up tonight, right now I have to go and catch up on all the work I missed while I was away. See everyone later.

Well done for getting back on track today with the diet Good Luck. Yes my diet has started again today (well it is Monday ) Kerry and Becky have gone all healthy on me, so I might as well join them and try not to eat any chocolate or snacks

It sounds like you've had a fun weekend with your visits to the FI and partying with your friends - I hope you saved some Sangria for me (low calorie of course )

I wouldn't know where Vero Beach is either, I'll have to do a google search. It would be so funny if I was waving to you from twopalms

The weather is going to be nice this week (about time), so I've cut my lawn and I'm hoping to be outside tomorrow

My mum is doing great thanks. She's having the cast taken off on Wednesday and she's hoping to be going shopping on Thursday

I know what you mean Laurie, if I don't get back on track today, then I doubt I will over the next few weeks. As the girls are trying to be good, it helps that I don't have anything too yummy in the house

I don't think my mum will need any physiotherapy. She's had many similar operations over the years, and she hasn't had it before - I just hope she's back on her feet on Thursday

Glad to hear everyone is having a good Summer

Betty I LOVE your FE!!!!! You should sell some on e-bay and pay for your next cruise. I ordered mine from e-bay,(thanks to Danielle) otherwise it would have taken me 10 times as long and cost me 4 times as much if I made it myself. Betty do you have an embroidery machine or are those patches? They look great.

Sandy you will have to tell us all about Magic Meets, I have always wanted to go , but did not need another expense this Summer.

For those who asked about dress up night. (Laurie I think?) I am just doing a sundress or skirt nothing fancy and DH just Dockers and a Polo shirt.

We leave on Aug 16 and we are Driving from NY. Is anyone else Driving?

If u really want to know for the past 5 days i've been doing nothing but fighting with Disney, all along we thought the wedding was the 25th of August and i emailed talking about the date...when I sent in my planning packet i had August 25th as the ceremony date and then I get my paperwork back from Disney and it has August 26th on it....I got very upset which in turn got john upset and we called the wedding coordinator on Friday,..She tells us how they don't do onboard weddings at castaway cay and the only thing they can do is move it to the 27th but then we have to pay the extra $1000 to have it on land we didn't want to have it on the Nassau day because everyone had plans and we wanted to see Atlantis, and John is being superstitious and doesn't want to see me the night before or the day of the wedding. I mean if they had said from the beginning that it wasn't the 25th or even when i emailed mentioning the 25th if the Wedding coordinator had said something it would have been different but she never batted an eye...so after she told us there was nothing she could do unless we wanted to pay an extra $1000 we hung up and called her supervisors assistant and then the supervisor called us back promising us that they will have a solution for us by Tuesday so now its just a waiting game.
Then I called DVC to see where my magical express tags are and they told me they don't have our flight information in the system meanwhile i called and gave them our flight information as soon as I booked the flight in May...So right now its just been one thing after another...
Its been a very stressful couple of days hopefully things will calm down....
Just about a month and its all over!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to be on vacation I just hope everything goes right for the wedding!!!

What a bummer. But it would not be a real wedding if there were not problems .

Hopefully they will give you what you want. But DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING until you have gone all the way up the chain of command!! And even then tell them it is under protest. Technically Aug 25 at 6PM the Castaway cay day is over and everyone is back on board, so I do not see what their problem is.

Don't give in. tell them you want a DISCOUNT if you must change NOT PAY MORE as it was their mistake. Hopefully you have a copy of your agreement or e-mail stating the 25th.

As to the ME Tags , you should have them in time.

No, no pictures! I couldn't find a good place to pull over and get out of the car. Security around the port was fairly tight, and I didn't want anyone thinking I was a terrorist. So, I only saw her as I was driving by. It was rather thrilling though!

Good Morning,

We are home right now and have to head back up to Wyomissing again this afternoon for a game tonight.

The boys played great on Saturday, winning both of their games easily. Sunday they lost their 1st game and in the 2nd night game last night, they were winning 8-1 in the bottom of the 6th when a really bad lightning storm blew through. The umpires wanted to wait it out, but the other team said they didn't want to stay and would forfeit at that score. We got home around 11:30. The boys started a football camp this morning from 9-12. We are all pretty tired and if the camp wasn't pre paid and expensive they'd have skipped it.

It was a round robin tournament over the weekend and tonight the top 4 teams with the best record play. Keegan's team is ranked 2nd and they play the 3rd place team, which is the same team they played last night. If they are to win again tonight, they will play tomorrow night for the state title. They would most likely play the 1st ranked team, which is the team they lost to yesterday morning. They could have beat them, but they fell apart in the start of the game and honestly played the worst they've ever played. I think they were really intimidated because that's the team that won their entire age group world series last year. It was also insanely hot out which didn't help.

We really loved all the shopping in Reading/Wyomissing. They have tons and tons and tons of new stores. We got a lot of new school clothes. I think they'll need new shoes and that's about it. Our hotel was really nice and the boys loved the pool and the fact that there was a Hooters 50 feet from the back entrance. I had never been to one and the entire team decided to go for wings late Saturday night after swimming until 10:00PM. The food was actually not that bad and the boys sure had a blast. They wound up getting their "PA State Tournament" shirts signed by several of the Hooter girls. I'm uploading pictures from the weekend and will have to post a couple later.

Watch out for those Hooter girls. My nephew is twelve and he ended up in a chat room with one. Well they exchanged pictures and telephone numbers. She phoned him at home and my brother asked her if she had any idea how old he was and she did and didn't think there was anything wrong with calling a twelve year old boy. Lets just say that was the end of his computer privileges.
