2007 Booking question

My use year month is September. I have already used most of my september 2006 points. At the 11 month window: next month, Can I make a Feb/March 2007 reservation using my september 2007 points? Also if I want to change resorts at the 7 month point; how hard will that be?

yes to the first part. but they'll be borrowed. don't know about the second. just call and see at 7 months.
