Evening all!

I love the new time change but with it comes the "busy" season for us. It's go, go, go every night with one thing or another or even sometimes we're lucky enough to have multiple things in one night. Those of you with little kids, enjoy the time that you have as once they start getting involved in a lot of things, those days will definately be numbered. Who can tell me, does it get easier when they get to be teenagers with less running around? I've heard it's a time with more worries for their overall well being though, so I guess there are trade offs to everything.

MaryJ, nice to see you. How is your daughter feeling these days? Do you know, or will you know, whether or not your having a granddaughter or a grandson? Enjoy the rest of your spring break with Dana.

Speaking of babies, Robin, I can't believe that you are so close to the arrival of your little one. How are you feeling chasing a preschoolers around all day long? Tired, I bet.

Rebecca is feeling fine. Just starting to feel the baby move. Only had morning sickness once! (Some things just aren't fair) We took her some maternity clothes that my neice no longer needs for now, and we had a good time having our own little "fashion show" with them. She kept about half of them, and sent the larger, long-sleeve items home. Don't think she'll be needing them since the baby's due in August!

Morning everyone!

I'm hitting the road very early tomorrow and leaving before the cold weather returns. No, I'm not going to WDW again - not yet that is. I'm going to visit with my sister in Delaware and then go down and visit with KarenNY in Va for a few days. This trip is long overdue and my lil' dog is so happy to be coming along for a change! I'll check in when I can.

Chris - I'll be finishing up the CJs that I have here when I get back and get them over to you then. I already have one of them done and we don't pass them off til Apr 2nd so I should (might) be back by then.

When I get back, I will be spending most of my time catching up around here and getting ready for my upcoming cruises in May! I'm back in planning mode and loving it!!!

Thanks for the info and the link. Michelle (DD) was so happy and sad, sad because she had been told that she couldn't get in and so when a friend from the north came down in early March she didn't go when she could have all along. BUT she'll be able to go when we go down..YAY!

Just wanted to jump back in and send greetings to everyone. Things have been very busy out here and with the bizarre weather we've been having (90-degree temps??) spring is going to get even busier! The dog-show circuit is about to begin for us and another round of breeding begins this weekend.

Wow, it's so quiet around here lately. I hope everyone's been enjoying some nicer weather. It's been wonderful here, warm (verging on hot) and sunny the last few days! Unfortunately Ian and I have been pretty much stuck at home the last few days. But it's for a good reason... work is being done to finish up the addition.

And I have news... The furniture in my new craft room has been assembled and I've started moving in!!!

I still have tons of stuff to transfer, but most of my Disney supplies, etc. have found a new home.

Hey everyone!!! We've been busy (well, I'VE been busy) painting our dining room. The actual color went on today, then this weekend Chris will be cutting & dry-fitting all of the new wainscoting, then we'll prime & paint it and install it all. Whew!!!

Robin - congrats on the new scrapbook room! Someday I'll get my organized enough to actually use it and not the dining room table.

Mary - Not sure if you'll be checking in, but safe travels to you!! Sounds like you need a bit of a break!!

Wow, it's so quiet around here lately. I hope everyone's been enjoying some nicer weather. It's been wonderful here, warm (verging on hot) and sunny the last few days!

Our nicer weather went someplace else. Maybe down to Texas by you, Robin?? It was downright chilly here yesterday and I suspect the same for today.

I was hoping for a warm up this weekend but it's not going to happen. I'm off to hike and camp with the Boy Scouts tomorrow so I guess I'll be dressing really, really warm. Last time I went I absolutely froze so I'm hoping it won't be as cold this time. And, now I've moved up in the luxury of tent camping as Gary bought a couple of tent cots. Woohooo, life is good.


Glad to hear your addition is almost complete. Be careful moving everything and getting settled.

Hi everyone!

I arrived safe and sound and a little on the tired side yesterday afternoon in Delaware. I left around 4 am and drove thru snow squalls in Michigan, icy roads in Ohio with cars going off into ditches on the side of the turnpike, and fog and a little rain in Pennsylvania. It was much nicer temps when I got down into Maryland - I wanted to put on shorts for the rest of the trip. Unfortunately the weather followed me a bit and it cooled off by evening and rain moved in. It's supposed to rain all day today but that will give me an excuse to rest up for Outlet shopping tax free next week.

My little spoiled dog is travelling with me and seemed very happy to be finally taking a trip with me.

Hope it warms up back home since I don't want to go back til it does. I plan to travel around and visit with family and friends while I'm on the east coast but I'll check in when I can.

Our warm weather took a trip with Cindy's - yesterday was just plain cold, cold, cold! I guess it's suppose to be back to the 40's by Monday. I was really enjoying the 70's we had on Tuesday.

Have fun camping this weekend Cindy - wish the weather could be better for you. At least you have a cot now and don't have to sleep on the ground. Want to borrow our trailer, you'll have a queen size bed - hey, it's even bigger than what we had in Florida

I will never look at that sofa bed at SSR the same again. The next time Cameron moans and groans about having to sleep on it when we book a studio, I will tell him about how you and I slept in it and had no problems. That is once we turned around and slept the other way so we no longer were in the coffin!!!

Amy, the girls picture is cute. Who all celebrates St. Patrick's Day? We don't as a rule, but what we do celebrate is the anniversary of Gary & my first official "date" -- going out for a green beer after work. Hmmmm, how many years ago was that now? I think it was 21.

Thanks everyone! We took that picture yesterday when the girls were both having St. Patrick's Day celebrations at school.

Being that all of us are Irish, we do somewhat celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We usually try to wear green and Chris loves corned beef & cabbage, so I'll make that tomorrow too.

Amy, your girls are a perfect age for this. Has the leprechaun ever turned the milk in your house green? I do it all the time with my daycare, sometimes they get a little freaked out because it's not the right color, but it's always amazing to see their faces. I put a little drop of food coloring in the bottom of their cups and when they see me pour the white milk in and make it green, they are always so surprised.
