Speaking of Circle Journals. When and where do we want to exchange them?

It should be some time when we can all get together, but at the same time it would be nice if it wasn't during the Sunday DIS meet as time is short and it is so crowded then. I'd love to see it at a time where we could all get a group shot taken with the CJ's.

So we have Amy, Cindy, Mary, Diana, Stacy, Cheryl and me. Will everyone be at the Saturday meet? Could we do it then?

If everyone isn't at the Saturday meet what about meeting a little early on Sunday say at 2:45 before the DIS meet?

I'd like to decide so we can put it in the navigator. I know Amy won't be home until Sunday so a final decision will have to wait until then but wanted to throw this out.

Either day is fine with me. And I'll be sure to bring my camera so that I can get one of those group shots for my next CJ!

sorry, been icognito for 24 hours b/c my parents were here.

The seller I got them from was "weloveipod"....shipping is $$$, but it was the only place I could find them and so I HAD to get them (of course, after I ordered them, I found my spares--other sizes--and Mike had spares! FIGURES!)

There's some NYS Troopers that could use some prayers guys. Looks like they have that dummy (that's a nice word) in the woods somewhere near the PA border since this morning. They are saying he's "contained" and can't get out of where he is without getting caught. Shots were already fired, but so far, it looks like everyone is OK.

This sounds terrible but I really hope this guy doesn't make it out of those woods alive for all the hell he's put these guys through.

Uh--I think your work makes some of us experienced scrappers seem unworthy!

But for all the new and potential scrappers--there's no good/bad, worthy/unworthy scrapbooking, especially in the case of CJs. You leave a little bit of yourself in everyone's book, that's what matters, the friends made and the memories shared--not how fancy or plain the layout is!

Exactly!! Take it from this beginner, it's been a lot of fun and I am not very creative or detailed oriented.

I'm very much looking forward to the next one. I just hope those who participated this time around are looking forward to me working on their books again. Even though they are no where near perfect, I had a lot of fun doing them.

I can't wait to see my book!!

No, no, no--seriously, in the books I've seen you would never know that you guys haven't been scrapping for years and years. Of course, I haven't seen my book yet. (My soaps aren't on today b/c of tennis, so I'm bored and feel like causing some trouble!)

Here's the start of mine. Mary posted this many months ago when we first started. With Mary's help, I was able to get rolling and I can't wait to see it when I get it back. I'm very excited to see everyones work, but more importantly, I will have a very personal scrapbook done by all of my friends.

I was very worried going into the Circle Journal because even though I've been doing scrapbooks for about 4 years now I'm not super creative. I loved seeing everyone's different take on things. Some of the pages by the first time cruisers are much better than mine but I'm happy with mine. Having even more people join in next time will just make it much more fun!

Ok, I have seen completed scrapbooks that Mary did and Steve did. You both do very nice work, very creative!

The jury is still out as to whether or not I get in on the next CJ, but you guys sure are making it sound fun. We'll see!
