I know I at one time knew this but are the tips included with this members cruise? I know on the other non members cruises they were not included with the package but I seem to remember they are on the members cruise. Any one know??...smjj :confused3

Yes, gratuity is included this year ... but we bring extra tip money for anyone who does a super job. Last year we tipped our server team extra as they were AMAZING!

8 WEEKS????

Ok part of me is excited about the cruise but the other part of me is looking at the dumb to do list for the wedding wondering what was I thinking???

So who's worked on their door decorations? Anyone want to show and tell? (and no, I haven't yet, but last year's decs work in part)

Door decorations/magnets - I haven't even done the ones for our 11 night cruise and that one is 3 weeks from today!

I can't believe that we are only 8 weeks away. We haven't even thought of making our door decorations. I'm sure Tom will be up the night before we leave printing them off.

Curt you are crazy posting at 1:30 am. You are such a geek with the GPS and putting KK into it. :rotfl2: Did Karen sleep with her SI last night? :rotfl:

Julie have fun working on the wedding to do list. :thumbsup2

Roxann hope you are having a few drinks while watching your house get clean. We really need to power wash the house too. Does simple green work the best?

Haven't started on our door signs for SSMC06 yet but did find a couple from our May cruise that we can use again.

I also ordered our Hydro Crocs for the cruise this morning.

Slowly getting ready.

Yay! gettin' closer.

No door magnets, not anything ready. Nice car there. Must not let DH see the pics, he will have car envy.

We haven't started on our door magnets yet. I have to find magnet sheets first. I didn't see any at Officemax when we where there yesterday buying Nick's school supplies so I have to look around fo some or do something else.

Well, I did it.....I ended up getting my convertible!!!

We were going to wait until next year, but my dealer was able to find me one (the stick shift GT Convertibles are tough to find), and they were running their year end clearance....0% financing, plus my dealer gave me a GREAT discount and trade in since I have purchase 3 other vehicles from them.

Now, my wife and I can drive down to the cruise with the top down!!!! I can't wait!!

Here it is!!!

I'm sure you will have many miles of 'fun in the sun'.
And don't forget your hat and sunscreen. :car:

Ya right! I am out fertilizing the plants, cleaning out the garage, getting DD in the shower. Then he will want me to hold the ladder too!

Simple green works great for windows and we have vinyl siding.

8 Weeks! I can't wait! I am REALLY looking forward to getting away. There is so much to do - find pirate costumes, figure out whether we'll go with the dining plan or dining experience, shop, pack and whatever else I can think of between now and October 21!

Good morning all. I stopped by chat last night and tried to keep up but it moves soooooo fast. Then it was time to put Ian to bed, got distracted with laundry and I totally forgot I was logged on. Ooops.

Now Ian and I are waiting for the builder to come over and wait for the insulation people so we can leave for a little while. I really want to take him out for a bit since he has a babysitter coming this afternoon while David and I go to a wedding.
Ok, I'm catching up again!! I did wonder what happened to you on chat, Robin!! We figured that you probably got side-tracked and forgot about us.

Awesome new car!!! You'll love having a convertible. We had a '98 Chrysler Sebring convertible until about 2 weeks ago. Originally, it was mine, since I had ALWAYS wanted a convertible. But, after we got the "family" car, Chris got the convertible. And, I can definitely second to not forget the sunscreen. Chris got a few nasty sunburns from driving with the top down. But sadly, we found out that the convertible was officially totalled after Chris's accident a couple of weeks ago. So, now we're on the hunt for another car.

I haven't started working on any door decorations this year. I have a few left over from my previous cruises that works for any cruise. But, I'm sure that I'll make a few just for this one.

My understanding is that the tips are included in the cruise cost. They were last year too. We also tipped our servers extra for being great!!

FYI - Addresses for the GPS
5318 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy - Kissimmee, Fl
11571 University Blvd - Orlando
4080 Millenia Blvd - Orlando
Curt and I were both talking about KKs in chat on Friday. And, those are the same addresses that I found. Really, the one in Kissimmee is the most convenient.
