Connie - that is nice that Diana was able to stop by and say hello. Always fun meeting up with fellow DISers.

yup, that was really neat.....we were so busy right then! At least she knows I really WORK when I'm at work! ;)

Thanks for all of the well wishes. We did go to Philadelphia yesterday to drop off Shawn's stuff and I am feeling it today even though I didn't do much. I took my temp this morning before our drive home and it spiked again. I took my meds and slept most of the six hour drive home.

1. Do you or have you ever played a musical instrument? Never played a musical instrument but always wanted to learn how to play the piano.

2. Name three things you can always find in your refrigerator. 1.5% milk (delivered by the milkman in glass bottles), eggs, Land o'Lakes Sweet Cream.

3. Do you listen to Internet radio? What stations? Sometimes - DisRadio and a local station - WBZ1030 to catch up on the news.

4. What kind of toothpaste do you use? Crest or Colgate (whichever is on sale)

5. Do you have any WDW family traditions? Used to go to Beaches & Cream for lunch upon arrival but the quality isn't what it used to be so we won't do that any more.

We also have two bricks at WDW. One is at TTC and the other is along the walk to GF.

Congratulations to Mary (19,000+), Mary (1,800+)and Robin (3,800+) on your posting milestones!

Happy Anniversary Debbie and Bruce!!

Unixadm - I justed showed DH your new car. He is envious and wants one! I love the color. Congratulations!! We bought DS a new car (Ford Focus SES with street appearance package). He would have loved a Mustang but it was a bit more than we could afford. We are a Ford/Mercury family.

As for BB7 - I'm glad that James was evicted. I was getting tired of his whining. Did anyone notice Boogie's comment to Julie about Will and how he was evicted during his season? I wonder if he and Erika will try to get Will out now that Erika is HoH. I don't think they have any intention of bringing Will along with them. I knew Erika would put up CG and Janelle. I hope Janelle wins POV. I can't wait to see what happens when James walks in the door! That will be interesting.

Unixadm, very nice ride. I like that color blue too. Hope you get years of excitement out of it!

Nice Car! What neighborhood in Georgia is that? I work for a company based in Alpharetta and if ever I can convince my wife to let us move to Georgia, I've got to keep my eyes out for where I'd want to live. Your neighborhood looks attractive and relatively new?

It is in Cumming....exit 13 off of Rt 400. My office is technically Alpharetta and is 3 1/2 miles from my house. In reality, the main Alpharetta area is about 8 miles from our house.

We bought our house new 2 1/2 years ago. Our subdivision is closed out now, but there are resales from 1 1/2 years old up to 5 years old.

There are TONS of new subdivisions going up all around. It is definitely growing big time. If you are thinking of moving, start looking fast. The value of our house has gone up about $60,000 since we moved here.

We bought in the high $200,000's.....they are now in the mid $300,000s. We sold a TINY house in NJ for close to what we purchased down here for.

You can see some pics here from before we moved in:

If you want specific info, PM me.

Well, I did it.....I ended up getting my convertible!!!

We were going to wait until next year, but my dealer was able to find me one (the stick shift GT Convertibles are tough to find), and they were running their year end clearance....0% financing, plus my dealer gave me a GREAT discount and trade in since I have purchase 3 other vehicles from them.
Congrats on the new car. :car: It sure is cute!

Happy Anniversary Debbie & Bruce!

Just got done with dinner with Ann Marie and Tom from Michigan. Great dinner and great company. Ann Marie REALLY got on Karen's good side by finding the SI issue that she was looking for. Thanks to Mary and all others who looked.

Stacy: What government employee turning DOWN DONUTS!!! The thought NEVER occured to me. I know Nick likes KKs. We'll just have to tie him down after a couple:bounce: . No prob. It's what Karen does to me....:dance3::lmao:

Good morning everyone!

It's not that I don't like KK but I have enough problems getting myself in a bathing suit and those puppies sure don't help. Nick loves KK. We did have one about 10 minutes from us but they closed. Our only shot at getting one now is if Jeff goes to NYC and he'll pick some up to bring home because he can get them at Penn Station before hopping on the train.

8 more weeks!!! WOO HOO!!!!!! :Pinkbounc :cheer2:

Hi everyone!

8 weeks - that is great!!! Sure am looking forward to it! :yay:

Been busy, busy lately - have company til Wednesday and then I leave for California for 2 weeks. It sure is getting tough to keep up with all you posters here! :surfweb:

8 WEEKS????

Ok part of me is excited about the cruise but the other part of me is looking at the dumb to do list for the wedding wondering what was I thinking???

So who's worked on their door decorations? Anyone want to show and tell? (and no, I haven't yet, but last year's decs work in part)

DH is trying to repent today. I have been asking him all summer to powerwash the house. Well, yesterday he spent $460 on paint ball equipment:mad: So, he just went to home depot to purchase some simply green because he is going to power wash the house today! I am going to watch!;)

I know I at one time knew this but are the tips included with this members cruise? I know on the other non members cruises they were not included with the package but I seem to remember they are on the members cruise. Any one know??...smjj :confused3
