OK, so I've been to a different Walmart, a Target and a Toys R Us in my Elmo quest and no Elmos to be Tickled!!! Now it is truly my life goal to get one of these suckers!

I remember those days for my DD when she was younger!

On my trips tonight, I will keep an eye out for this elusive creature!

I phoned ToysRUs and apparently they sold out! I told the manager that the website said they did not get them in? She said they got them and they are all gone!

I'll post later if I'm successful!

Ok crew - There is less going on here then at work, so I started this little mental exercise. This is post 17,314. 20,000-17,314=2,686 needed to reach our goal. Divided by the 31 days remaining means we need 86.645 posts per day.

Don't know if anyone follows the budget board, but I found some info on there that may help someone, so I'm sharing it....

I called my cable company (time warner) and just said "i'm thinking about switching to satellite but i thought i'd check and see if you guys were running any specials....."....

well, surprise, surprise,....they were....my cable/roadrunner bill will now be $31 less per month for the next 18 months (at which point i can re-call and check on what the current specials are.)

just thought it might help someone!!!

btw, it's kinda like the cancelling AOL thing they had on there recently. two quick calls have saved me over $45 a month!!!
