OK, since I visited enemy territory I have a few GTKYFKC questions:

What is your favorite Universal attraction and why?

When was the last time you visited Universal, either park?

Has anyone dined at Emeril's and is it really worth waiting 6 months for reservations?

What ride/attraction/technology from Universal would you like to see Disney adopt in the future?

Since DVC began offering a discount on annual passes, do you stay mostly on Disney property? If not, where in Orlando would you go?

Easy answers. We've never been.

We did have dinner at some place in City Walk once with our neighbor who we only get together with down in Florida, although he lives across the street from us in Illinois. :confused3 I don't remember the name, but it had video games in it that kept Cameron entertained. Something with a race car theme, I think.

We have been to the "other Orlando" Sea World and the kids liked that a lot. But, I found it to be very expensive. More so than Disney. I guess it was all the fish we fed to the dolphins, sting rays, birds there. And, they had the one area with carnival type games that my kids couldn't get enough of.

Note to self - Give Robin extra life ring at lifeboat drill.....

Ammend note: CAMERON & Cindy with Robin

I guess I'm guilty by association.

I have to say, my family has been coming up with guess too. This is one way to jump start our thread. :cool1:

Question: Does filling out the forms online determine when you board the ship or is it when you arrive at port?
Ok, I'm sure that this has already been answered, but it's when you arrive at the port.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick check in.

I saw the surgeon today and if my ct scan comes up normal, and that I can use the hospital that the surgeon uses I will be going in for the laproscopic surgery on Friday.

Good luck, Cheryl. pixiedust:

I'm sure you will be much better by cruise time. :)

Sorry Cindy, but Chrissy is one freaky looking doll! :lmao: She looks like a giant! Not that my doll is much better.....

Here's a gross doll story. I always wanted a Baby Alive doll, the one that came with powered stuff you mixed it with water and fed her. Well, I guess I fed her and no one ever cleaned her up because she ended up getting worms!! :lmao: You know, those wormy things you find in sugar and flour after it's been around too long...yup, growing out of her mouth! :crazy2:

EEEWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

No, I just didn't want you to think I was willing to right off your child without a parent being present

Ok, I'm with you on that one! I can just see Emily trying to cut Madison's hair after she was done with the doll's hair.

One of my former daycare children did this with her cousin. They took turns cutting each others hair, to the scalp no less, on New Years Eve. It wasn't as if they didn't know they shouldn't be doing this, as they did hide the hair in a drawer in the bathroom. Her mom told me she laughed and cried at the same time from the shock of seeing her daughter with her "new do".

To say it was short would be an understatement. :rotfl: Of course, I could laugh, it wasn't my daughter and best of all, it didn't happen at my house!! :rotfl:

Those of you with little girls, hide those scissors. Even safety scissors can do a "good" job.

What is your favorite Universal attraction and why?
Haven't been since it first opened, so I have no idea!
When was the last time you visited Universal, either park?
A LONG time ago!
Has anyone dined at Emeril's and is it really worth waiting 6 months for reservations?
Nope, and I had no idea it had that kind of waiting list.
What ride/attraction/technology from Universal would you like to see Disney adopt in the future?
??????
Since DVC began offering a discount on annual passes, do you stay mostly on Disney property? If not, where in Orlando would you go?
We usually stay on WDW property now, but we have stayed at the Doubletree Club on Apopka-Vineland (the one with the colorful pineapple). Gotta love those Chocolate Chip cookies at check-in.

I'll have Gary volunteer for his parental duty. :rotfl: Easy for me to say, he's out taking Cameron to scouts.

For many years I begged for a Baby Alive doll. My family wasn't well off and that was not a "necessary" toy. It wasn't until my mom realized that little girls in her kdg class had her (the same kids who were on gov't subsidized free lunch programs) that she decided that no matter how poor we were, she could swing a doll for me. She figured if the really poor kids could have it, then I could too!!

So I got her for Christmas.

I had her for quite sometime until one time I didn't quite get her cleaned out well after a feeding and....
well, flies took residence in her GI tract....
and laid eggs....

nothing needs therapy more than watching maggots come out of your Baby Alive's MOUTH!!! NASTY!

EWWWWWW!!!!!

Cheryl Good luck!

Mary we have not received the picture, but I hope we do!

While I enjoyed the movies I guess I'm the only one in the (Disney)world that doesn't like pirates....

Go figure.

Well, then you shouldn't be watching WifeSwap right now. This one family act like real pirates. :confused3 :lmao:

Yeah, this thread is pretty quiet!!!:rotfl2:

You would think Karen and I telling stories about maggots crawling out of a dolls mouth would kill a thread.....NOT THIS ONE! :cheer2:
