Not much, but at least it's something!

I'm happy in a way that additional SSMC06 merchandise is going to be for sale onboard--but that also frightens me. I've read the stories of people sleeping in halls for stuff and stuff selling out the first night for other special cruises and I really liked it better last year when we were able to order and have it waiting in the room. That way there wasn't any stress involved. I got what I wanted, and if I wanted more, there was still some for sale on the ship. I'm gonna be the first in a long line to freak out if I don't get what I want and see if for sale on ebay. I just don't want to have to beat up anyone to get something--and for those of you who were around for Black Friday, you know I can hold my own when it comes to shopping!

Ok, I'm back to start catching up again!!

I'm a little worried about the SSMC06 available onboard, because I'm not one to try to beat the crowds. But, luckily, if that's what it comes to, Chris is pretty good at it!!

That should be an experiences -- Diana, remember how many suitcases we had on the cruise?

You have to find that picture and post it so all our new friends can see what an overpacker you are!!

So, that just means we leave our orders in Diana's fish extender and she'll take care of getting us our merchandise and battling the crowds in one "kick".


Kidding, Diana, kidding!! I need to stay on your good side.

Now, THAT sounds like a good idea. Or, we'll send Chris and Diana and they can beat down the crowds.

There are now new CC gifts!!!!!! Can't wait to get pictures of all the new goodies!!!

OK - This is my first post on DISboards. I will be on the Member Cruise in October and I too have been very frustrated trying to get information about what is happening when for this cruise. We have 5 days until we can do our bookings but we don't have any kind of itinerary to know what is going on when. Can anyone help to fill us in?
I have been reading some of the messages here since December but my frustration with getting information is what made me join instead of just watching.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Also - I can't figure out how to make my vacation countdown. We will be at OKW before the cruise and WLV after the cruise. MNSSHP on Oct 20th.

I have to share my great news. I got a call the other day from a local realty company rep.... They had a summer promotion to win a $5,000.00 shopping spree at Home Depot or Lowes!!! and I won!!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!

DS and I went to look around the other day after picking up pictures at Sams... DS wants a pond - a jacquzii tub - and a fan for his room. He cracks me up!

This is so amazing.... I never even win another free lottery ticket for the one I just bought.

leaves me more money for trips!!!!

Now I am jealous of all you CC members - the new gift package sounds awesome!

Erin - that is the BEST!!! Have fun shopping!!!

I wanted to share some news (or start a rumor) . . . Jim Brickman will be releasing a new CD "Escape" on October 3 and he won't be on tour from August 28 through October 27. Maybe he will be kicking off his fall schedule with some of his closest friends aboard the Disney Wonder!

OOhhh, wouldn't that be the best!!! We were at WDW last winter and they were filming stuff for Christmas day and we got to see Jim Brickman, Wayne Brady and Kimberly Locke practicing.

It's time from me to go to bed - I have to be up in 4 hours. We're planning on leaving here about 5 AM and should be in South Carolina by early evening. The hotel we're staying at is suppose to have internet so I'll check in each evening to see what you guys are up to.

We were out packing the car and let me tell you it really feels cold out there - it's about 72! See what those 90 days will do to you!

Well I have to go back almost 10 pgs to catch up. We had no power during the hottest days of the summer. 36hrs! I'll have to dump my fridge and freezer stuff. BUT it's back this am. We had an little tornado down my street..technically a microburst I think but the damage looks tornadoish to me. Big trees totally uprooted. Me and DH went down in the basement. It was over quick but sheesh....and then the whole no power for 2 days..I slept in the basement. Important to keep the doggies cool too. Tough few days. Leave to go camping w dd today at noon. Going to Maine..YAY. Enough now I have to catch up because it looks like something exciting may be happening?

Oh Ilene!!! I'm sorry that you've had to go through that. But, I'm glad that your power is back and you're ok!!! Have a good time camping!!!

Ok, I think that I've come pretty close to taking up an ENTIRE page of posts!!! Emily has a friend from school coming over to play for the day. So, I'll have 3 little girls around the house today. I'm also in the process of doing some organizing in my kitchen. Not sure how much I'll actually get done with the girls around here!!!

Ilene....we've been there too. Lost power for 4 days. Thankfully, Ken was able to hook up a generator to our deep freeze, so we didn't lose all the meat we had in there, but did lose everything in the frig and the freezer with the frig. I just looked on it as an easy way to clean out the frig....everything must go!!
