Wednesday - Eco Tour @ 10:30 and Palo @ noon for Brunch (could only reserve for me though)

I wanted 2-day float rental but that wasn't on the list so I'll have to wait to do that.

I'm so glad you are doing the EcoTour with us!! That way we can laugh at each other trying to get up on the jetski!

I hope that my choice of time means that we'll be in the stingray pool with Diana and Cindy's family. Really glad Annmarie made this one for me because this time slot is no longer available!

Yippee!! It looks like 11am Stingrays are going to be a DIS group, because we're scheduled for then too.

Dinner at Palo on Wednesday night at 6:00. Not sure if I'll keep this one or not. We've never eaten at Palo's and I need some convincing from others if it's really worth it. I just decided it's better to make the ressie now, and I can always cancel it later.

We did the same thing. Chris just LOVES Palo, and since brunch was all messed up, we didn't book that. So, we booked dinner instead. And, while I'd hate to miss dinner with all my DIS friends, I don't think that I can deny Chris a visit to Palo. But, if I can get it moved to brunch (as long as something else isn't going on), then we might cancel dinner.

I'm soooo tired!! As luck would have it, I couldn't fall back asleep at 3:40. I didn't actually sleep until 5am. I don't think I can convince Emma that she needs a nap today either.

Here's my itinerary:
Monday-- Stingrays 11am
Banana Boats 1pm

Wednesday--EcoTour 10:30am

No Spa for me, I'm really holding out in hopes that the Spa Villas will be ready for our cruise and I can book something in one of them.

No Palo for us either. I couldn't dream of missing dinner with all you guys!

Banana Boats

Wednesday -- Parasailing 11am (for Gary and Cameron)

And she has Palo brunch at 10am, I'm just going to assume they just automatically switch the day. Isn't that what they did last year?

I couldn't reserve the 2 day bikes or combo pak for them either. I really don't see why they wouldn't offer it.

I guess we will be doing the sting rays and banana boats together!

If you couldn't get someone into an excursion because they were greyed out (like what happened with us) call DCL and ask to talk to a Supervisor. Then can contact the excursion desk to do a manual override.

When did you make your Palo reservation. If it's on the last night, then maybe we could at least be together. I made the ressie for the last night because Ken has never been on DCL, and I want him to be able to see all of the dining rooms, but it would be sad not to have dinner on the last night with all my DIS friends!

2. Has anyone tried the glass-boyyom boat tour, and do you all think Ian (he will be almost 2) would enjoy it???

You're right, Julie! The last night wasn't a duplicate, the duplicate is on Mon/Tues night, but one of those nights is Pirate night, so different menu anyway. On SSMC05, we missed the pirate menu, because we were booked at Palo. So, I'm hoping that the last night isn't Animator's for us, because then we would need to switch, because there's no way that I would want the girls to miss the AP show. And, if the last night is Triton's, I might have to switch too, because that is Emily's favorite restaurant (since it has Ariel). So, I guess what I'm hoping for is that Parrot Cay is our last night for dinner, because I wouldn't mind missing that for Palo.

1. Book Flounders for when you think you might need Flounders. Do you think Ian will sit through dinner, if not, book him for the 2 hours around dinner. Do you think that he'll sit through dinner, but not the shows, book him after dinner. It really depends on you and Ian.

2. No idea!

3. Just go to the website and see. There were still quite a few things when I was looking earlier today.

I got a phone call. They did fix the brunch issue. I was able to call and make the ressie for the glass bottom boat too on Monday at 11:15 so that's cool.
The only thing I'm not sure of is dinner at Palo's the last night. I think I might enjoy being with you all but DH reallllly wanted a night at Palo so...
I think we can still cancel all ressies up to 2 days before so we will think on that one a bit.
I'm really tired today but I get to leave work at 4 for physical therapy so that's one hour less...phew.
This whole process was exciting but rather stressful due to the system glitches. I don't know how MaryJ held it together. I'm so glad she was
able to finally get in.

Wow! You guys have been busy booking all the fun stuff!! Unfortunately I can't book ours until August! I have no idea what to book, but who knows, I will figure it out. Hopefully there is something left! We will see!

I know that I have been really quiet for a while, and I have a really good reason for it! I have met this wonderfully incredible guy, and we just clicked and have been spending every minute that we have together. So, I have been busy with him, and the kids (he has a daughter 2 1/2 yrs old.) But I have been keeping up on the posts, just not replying! I will try to reply a little more.

Tina - that is wonderful news about meeting the guy - cannot wait to hear more about it!

Do not worry about not being able to book for a few more weeks. Matt and I could not book last year until that point and we were able to do Palo and other excursions without an issue. For Palo we did have to go to wavebands after boarding the ship, but our fun DIS friends told us how to do that and we had ressies within 20 minutes no problem. If you want to do that I'll be happy to show you the ropes

It sounds like alot of us have the Wed Ecotour at 10:30 and Palos at 6pm. This is going to be so much fun. And I was so worried we wouldn't know anyone

I forgot who needed convincing about Palo's but it's REALLY good. Do you think they would charge extra if it was just another dinner. Really nice but absolutely DINING...you won't be rushed and it's nice a quiet. Ahhhh!

I got a phone call from a very nice CM at DCL about our brunch ressie. She had to leave a message b/c we weren't home, I called back and left her a message and she called back w/in 5 or 10 minutes and we got everything straightened out
