I have nothing else to do now but wait for 23 more weeks to go by!

Gary already sweated the red one up all weekend.

Well, now there's doritos all over this one, cause I can't get Em to give it up.

So, Bruce came home early today and was out doing some yard work.
I hear water running and don't think anything of it. About an hour later, I still hear water running. Now it's almost 6:30 and I've gotten used to the water sound, but just noticed it was still running. I look out the back window to see what the girls and him are up to......he's opened the pool!!!! This is good news because it's been so warm that the water will actually get to warm up before we swim in it. It's bad news because there's only about 9 million other things that needed to get done BEFORE the pool got opened.

I mentioned to DH about going to MNSSHP on the 26th, and he didn't object. I haven't ordered tickets yet, but I do have an ADR for 4:25 at LTT!

Nope. I don't "do" nature. My friends managed to drag me to a women's retreat camping weekend last summer. (Camp Chingackgook, Stacy) I will admit, I had fun, but it was enough nature packed in 2 days to cover what my first 32 years had missed.

They go to Camp Chingackgook June 13th and I signed up to e chaperone. Lets see if I get picked.

But this city girl gets to rough it big time the last week in July. One full week up at Camp Wakpominee with the Boy Scouts. Yea Haw! Let's see how that turns out!?

We have had squirrels in our attic. We could hear them running around up there, but the last straw was when I would go out on the porch in the morning and see big hunks of pink insulation on the lawn that they had pulled out overnight! They left when the weather got warm, and we had a contractor nail some tin over the hole they were using to get inside.

But the best critter story by far happened to my neighbors. Her DH called Ken to say he had a squirrel in the house, and would Ken mind coming over to help get it out. Ken grabbed our DD's butterfly net thinking he could use it to catch the squirrel and went over. When he got there he asked our neighbor where the squirrel was and he said "In the bathroom." What he didn't tell him was that the squirrel was IN THE TOILET!! My friend had gone into the bathroom to use the facilities before leaving, and when she lifted the lid on the commode, there was this critter looking up at her! Well, DH took the net, dipped it into the pot, and carried it out. All we could think of after that is how many times we've gotten up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and we NEVER EVEN LOOK! DON'T EVEN TURN ON THE LIGHT!!

On a side note, my internet has been down all day, and I just now got it back. Thank goodness...I was going through DIS withdrawal!

That has got to be one of the weirdest stories I have ever heard. Who on gods green earth expects to have to check to "can" to see if a squirrel is in it before they go!?

I forgot to mention earlier that on Saturday, we got our tickets for MNSHHP. It may still be 24 weeks, but getting those tickets in the mail made it that much more real for us.

At this point, these are the people I have down for our MNSHHP meet. The names in blue have already ordered their tickets.

Well, I have to say that the Cafepress customer service is GREAT!!! They are shipping me out a new set of tshirts. They told me to just donate the tshirts that I got, so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping to send them back. So, since I'm sure that no one wants to have tshirts with our logo on them, I'll just use them as extra shirts around here.

Now that's customer service!
I'll remember to check my shirts out when we order them!

Diana - That is such a cute picture of Emma, the Doritos mouth is the BEST! We have those hats too. They come in very handy when I'm not in the mood to do my hair!

Karen - YEA!!!!! I knew you'd do awesome on your test!!!

I can't wait for this Cruise. Between seeing some friends again, hanging out with all you crazies at MNSSHP and the F&W fest! I don't think I could pack anymore things into one trip!!!!

Anyone going to Disney before June 30, 2006?

First person to PM me I have a gift certificate for an appitizer at the al star sports cafe at the wide world of sports complex. It expires on June 30, 2006 and we wont be back there before then. Hopefully someone can use it. My daughters and I went to a spring training game and Krystina won this certificate from trivia. First one to PM me....Ready....Set....Go

Boy everyone has been busy posting!

Oh sure, now you mention this. I just picked one up at the grocery store last night thinking it looked pretty good. Now I think I'll donate it in the next food drive. What about the other boxes, any thoughts on them? At least there was a sale of buy one, get one free so I didn't pay full price for it.

I've never tried the other varieties. The butternut squash was so bad I won't even think about the others. Now I know why they are on sale!

Amy - I hope that was the only mouse in the house! We had a few guests several years ago and Tom insisted he "got it" but a few days later there was another one! We caught a total of four!

Cindy - thanks for posting the thread for Karen. I sent her a note but will add another Congratulations here too!

Annmarie - how does it look on the Blackberry? I haven't used mine for web browsing all that match, so I'm curious.

Sandy - Web browsing it's not too bad but uses a lot of battery life. Mine died right after I sent that message on Saturday. I love having a blackberry to stay in touch with the office when I'm not there but the battery doesn't last as long as the last one I had.

Ann Marie - I'm glad to hear about Brooke's state meet. You must be so proud of her. It's also important for her to enjoy what she is doing.


I just checked the tickets for MNSSHP and they have the correct date - thank goodness.

Tina - I sent you a pm. We will be at WDW from May 21 - 26.

I've got a question about MNSSHP and the tickets. I've gone ahead and orderd ours for the 26th and I'm reading that tickets were sent to those ordering. The cast member I spoke with told me I would get a certificate that I would need to retrieve at MK for the actual tickets. Is this correct, of do I need to worry do you think?

We've always gotten the actual tickets, not a voucher for MNSSHP.

We're waiting to buy our tickets. My mom gets discounted tickets, but not until later this summer. So, I'm holding out to save a few bucks.
