Dinner will probably go until about 6ish. MNSSHP starts at 7 but usually they will let you into the parks earlier than that (does anyone know what time?).

But don't they keep everybody at a certain area until 7:00?

Oh NO!!! Cindy, I will definitely saying prayers for your family, and for the boys family!!! I sure hope that things turn out ok for you guys!cgcw said:My turn to ask for some good thoughts & pixie dust if anyone has any to share.
One of the boys from the campout Friday night came down with viral meningitis. We received a call late last night from the scoutmaster letting us know to be on the lookout. All of us have been exposed -- especially Walker as he was wrestling with this boy and get this, pretend biting the boy (which we didn't know until last night when the Mom mentioned it to the scoutmaster so he could let us know what was kind of play Walker was doing because of the contact). Needless to say, we had a late night conversation with Walker about chosing that type of behavior.
I contacted our own pediatrian (as well as a pediatrician from the SSMC05 -- thanks, Mike). Our pediatrician was pretty relaxed about it all -- as was Mike. The doctor did say that he'd be much more concerned about Walker if the boys were kissing and not just goofing around with Walker pretend biting the boy.
So, if anyone has any good thoughts -- I have 2 requests:
* Prayers for the boy and his family as they go through this
* Prayers for my own family that we don't end up with it ourselves.
Cameron's already resigned himself to the fact that we are not going to Hilton Head (which could happen) and he's going to die. I need to pass him some of the information from the internet so that he can see for his own that it's not life threatening -- scary to go through, I'm sure, but most people survive.
Thanks!

I would love to meet you guys, but unless I'm missing something, the flagpole that you're planning on meeting at is the one at the front of the park, right? Or, is there another flagpole? Anyway, if the meeting is at the front of the park, we're going to have to pass. There is no way that my girls are going to want to eat at LTT, then head to the front of the park for an adult meeting and not go trick-or-treating. Plus, we would be going against traffic, since most of us will be dining at LTT around the 4:30pm timeframe.
So, what about meeting at the Liberty Bell next to LTT?
