I keep my job because of the commute and associated (non)expenses. I work 3miles from home, even come home to let the dogs out at lunchtime, breaks up the day a bit.
I can wear jeans and tshirts, they pay for one or two conferences a year (this year AZ in Sept

) and Chicago next July. I get 5wks vacation a year (been there 10yrs). The only drawback is the pay reallllllly stinks. Problem is any time I start pricing out other jobs between gas, wardrobe, parking, commute time etc. seems this job wins out. So I'm stuck in a poor paying job with decent perks. Oh yeah, I pay a ton for HMO Blue too even with 1000 deductible :-(
