I apologize for being out of touch but we have had a little health scare that thankfully turned to be nothing but I have not had a chance to keep up and I think that last time I was here we were in the 300 page range.

So can I get the condensed version of what I need to know, what I missed etc?

I promise to be better.

Welcome back Jacqui and glad everything turned out okay. We recently went through a health scare. It had been going on since October but thankfully received great news last week. Now I can get back to focusing on the other important things in my life like Disney!

I meant to post this earlier....I went to Walmart today and found, in the ice cream aisle---Mickey Ice Cream Bars!! They aren't entirely like the Mickey Bars in the parks, but just ice cream with chocolate coated ears, but the closest thing to the real ones I can get here in NY!

Who else wishes they could spend their birthday at WDW every year. I do! When Amy said last night in chat they they go to Disney about once a month, it really hit me as to how close they really are. What a nice treat. That is SO cool!

Do you know how long it took us to get to 500 pages on the SSMC05??? I'm going to venture to guess we'll supercede that # by a lot on this thread.

Since we started posting on this thread much earlier than we did on SSMC05 I took two calculations.

2005:

Thread started 10/7/04, booking day 10/23/04, page 500 reached 8/17/05
So we reached page 500 298 days from the booking day and 314 days from the day the thread started.

2006

Thread started 9/6/05 (while onboard SSMC05), booking day 12/3/05, page 500 reached 4/22/06.
So we reached page 500 140 days from the booking day and 228 days from the day the thread started.

Okay, so where does that put us around the time we sail based on this? I like statistics but have no clue as to figuring them out. I'll leave that to you and Diana.

Right now we are averaging 32 posts per day. If we keep this pace up we'll get to 11,712 posts by sailing day. However as we learned last year the closer we got to sailing the more we post. I think we could hit 20,000.


On the blabbermouth thread we just did 1000 posts in a week!

BTW - today is 6 months until we cruise!
