Amy, glad you all are having a great time! I look forward to hearing all about it. Cool on winning the sketches -- I love Winnie the Pooh.
Diana, that is a really big balloon. Don't let Emma hold it, she'll float away with it in a breeze.
Palm trees in Michigan. I bet they are going to look wonderful when they grow a bit.
We don't really celebrate Valentine's Day either -- other than to say Happy Valentine's Day. So, we were lucky enough to spend time together at Walker's soccer game -- a rarity these days between running here and there and the hours Gary is working.
Speaking of work, I didn't today -- at least not with my regular job. But, I worked harder than I do most days. I left here at 8:25 to take Cameron to school and then headed off to Muffin's with Mom at Walker's school. Out of there at 9:30, came home for 30 minutes, ran to get hot lunch for Cameron (a big treat for him since I never do it any other days), back to Walker's school to pick him up at 11. Off to the Ear, Nose, Throat doctor to find out Walker's going to have his adnoids taken out and they definately sqeezed us in (as Monday's appt got cancelled due to emergency surgery on the doctor's part) because we didn't get out of there until after 1. Out to lunch with Walker, then off to Cameron's school to register Walker for 1st grade. By that time, Cameron was getting out, so they had to stop him from getting on the bus. Stopped home for a quick break to let the dog out. Back out with the kids to get Cameron a colonist costume for a school project in March. Stopped at Michael's on the way home. Then Gary called to say he was going to be late, so I'd have to take Cameron to baseball tonight. By now, Walker has had enough of this running around, so I was able to get a babysitter to come at 6. Right at 6, Cameron & I went out the door to baseball. Baseball from 6:30-7:30 and now we are finally home.
Now I'm going to be on go-go-go mode for the next 3-4 hours. It's going to be a late night.
I'm so glad I'm working tomorrow --- it will be a much easier day.
