:wave2: Good Morning Fellow Cruisers!! TGIF! :wave2:
I guess I'm the ealy bird today! :surfweb:

Well I talked briefly to Mom & Dad last night. They were just leaving Boma's were they had brought my Sister for dinner and had a great meal once again. They said they were going to head to the AK today to try EE. Dad said a CM said he shouldn't wait till the weekend. Maybe they will see Deb Wills or one of her allearsnet.com group because I believe they are going to be there today to try the ride.

edited to add : I got a TOP too!

Good morning everyone!

Feeling better so back to work I go.

Todd - thanks for the write-up on EE. Sounds very cool. Mark is still a little unsure so he's going to read a few more reviews.

Jeff - good luck in court.

Stacy - hope your Mom, Dad & Sister have a great time at AK today. Did they say if they met up with Karen at the airport?

Have a great Friday everyone. Don't forget tonight is chat!

Thanks, Todd! Wonderful description! :thumbsup2

Does anyone know if it will be operational when we are down there the end of March? I can't wait to go on this ride - been waiting a long time :bounce:

I'm hoping it is. :cool1:

Thanks Todd for the great EE review! I can't do backwards roller coasters :crazy2: I can't even sit facing backwards on the people mover. :crazy2: But I was thinking about trying this out. I'm sure I have no volunteers here for someone riding with me, since Bruce will have to sit with the girls! :rotfl2:

Thanks for the review Todd - I think I'll be one of those waiting while others ride.

It's going to be a busy weekend for me but I will try and stop by when I can - have a fun chat tonite everyone!

After Todd's description, I think John might be able to ride this. He can ride roller coasters but nothing with those padded shoulder bars, like RnR has.

Curt and everyone else,

Thanks for the advice. I took a personal day so I will go to court and see what happens. I thought about an attorney but think I will just go by myself. I think the ticket was filled out wrong because it gives a different code on the ticket than what shows for points on the website. I just want to reduce the points from 4 to 2. BTW, I was going 66 in a 50 but I really was doing more than that and slammed on my brakes when I saw him. I was doing 66 as I passed him because he has me on radar. I have been trying to drive the speed limit and I'm more scared driving slow because people pass on the left and right and just about hit you as they pass. It sounds crazy but it's true.

Good Luck with the courts. If you can get the points reduced that would be great.

Last summer after getting my new grand prix, John and I were driving on I-696 (Curt, this is where you close your eyes and stop reading :teeth: ) from Novi back home. He put his hand over the speedometer and asked me how fast I thought we were going. I figured about 65/70 especially since we were still being passed by other cars. He moved his hand and that's when I saw we were actually going 90 :scared1: On that road driving slow will definitely get you run over - whats a driver to do!!!!

I won't be making chat tonight because I have a crop to go to! I had so much fun last week in chat though, I'm kind of sad. But, I hope to have my CJ done tonight :woohoo: and Stacy will be joining me, so it'll still be lots of fun! :stitch:

Can't wait till tonight!!!

I talked to Mom & Dad again today. Rather then say hello my mom just said "It's Great!" so of course I say "so I guess you rode EE" and she replies "Twice!". She said it was so smooth.
Unfortunately Dad said he didn't see Karen. I'm not sure how since they were supposedly on the same plane :confused3

EE sounds awesome! I cant wait to ride it. Anyone know the height requirement for it?
I think the height requirement is 48" for EE. We're still hoping to make it over there on Sunday now. We're going to Gasparilla here in Tampa on Saturday, so we changed our plans for AK & EE. I'm not so sure I'm going to ride, but I'm sure that Chris will give it a try.

I found the height requirement on Debs site. Its 44. Evan should be close to that. I know he was over 42 because he can ride MIB at Universal. Hopefully he will be tall enough to ride it during our trip.

That's GREAT! Emily is still sad that she's not quite tall enough to ride Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain. Now, with her new shoes, she may be just big enough!

Amy - I love the new picture of the girls. Soooooooo cute!

I'm thinking Emma may be tall enough to ride in October. She's 38 1/2 inches tall now--that's one tall 2 1/2 year old I have! She watches the video Cindy sent us with Splash and BTMRR and raises her hands and screams along when they ride. :rotfl: I don't think I'll be able to keep her off those rides.

I love the pic of the girls....but here's the scary thing. We went to the mall today and I grabbed t-shirts for them at Old Navy in those same exact colors to get their Valentine pics done next week! And Julia will be wearing the same jeans that Maddie has on! Those are Old Navy too, right? I saw them and was like, wow, maybe we really are sisters? :rotfl: We're going to the picture people though, because they sent me a good coupons and Sears deals have been not-so-great lately.

And shhh...it's Bruce's surprise for V-day!

Ok, that is TOO funny!!! Yes, the shirts are from Old Navy and so are Maddie's pants. I got them for a great deal when I was visiting my sister in VA. We actually did a picture of all 5 of the granddaughters for my mom for Valentine's Day at JCPenney. We started going there, because they still have great coupons.

Here's the pic of my girls and my neices.

Then, sounds like Emma and Emily are about the same height. Unfortunately, Emily & Madison are cursed with the short genes. I'm only 5'3" and Chris is only 5'8", so they are bound to both be short.
