:shamrock: :hmghost: :shamrock: :hmghost: Happy St. Patty's Day!! :shamrock: :hmghost: :shamrock: :hmghost:

This is so St. Patrick's Day to me.....I love it. :shamrock:

Shame on me for not even thinking about St. Patrick's Day.  I knew it was and planned things for the kids. I forgot, however, the true meaning of St. Patrick's Day in our house. Gary and I went out for our first date (along with my girlfriend as a chaperone) on St. Patrick's Day. :drinking1 Green beer, of course! :drinking1 If I calculate that correctly, it was 20 years ago tonight! :bounce:

Gosh, it sure was many lifetimes ago.

Thankfully, we didn't get any of Cindy and Mary's snow! :Pinkbounc Woke up this morning to bright sunny skies, ok, it's still in the 30's but it looks nice outside.

Cindy, Cameron's costume looks great. I just saw a picture in the newspaper today of a classroom of kids dressed like that sitting down to a meal. Funny, the schools seem to do the same lessons at the same time even though they are 300 miles away!

When we get together for dinner next weekend (can you believe it's next weekend :cheer2: :cheer2: ), ask Cameron what was acceptable behavior at dinner in the 1700's. The entire class was warned not to even try some of those behaviors as they are no longer acceptable today. :lmao:

Anything that tastes like chocolate is on my list, and if it has alcohol in it, it's just that much better!!!

I'm thinking anything without chocolate is better. Maybe a nice apple one or some of fruity version. :thumbsup2

Help my memory a little. On the last cruise the tips were included in our fee. Are they included this time? I do not want to short change anyone but then again I do not want to tip double.

Yes tips are included! :thumbsup2 I specifically asked this question when I booked.

I LOVE  flavored martini's. There are all kinds of good ones out there to try. I will list some of my favorites! :teacher:

Appletini
Cosmopolitan
Peartini
Chocolatini
I forget the name of the martini made with blue curacoa (it is good)

Basically you can make any kind of tini. I do not like the ones made with vermouth (yuck). Go to the liquor store and purchase any kind of Pucker schnapps and mix it with vodka and you have yourself a martini! :stir: :drinking1 :thumbsup2

Include ME in your Martini Party! :woohoo:

Count me in for the martini's. Anything with chocolate is a good thing. I thought the only thing you do with Pucker is put it in the freezer until it is really cold and pass the bottle around with all your friends, or do the luge.

Nope! Stick some vodka with it and drink up! :goodvibes

Can a non drinker please come to this party - sounds like it is going to be fun!

I'm right there with you on this one, Mary. I did get a Konk Kooler at CC, but it was a virgin. The most I'll drink is a glass of wine occasionally.

Mary - a virgin Konk Kooler is Mark's favorite cruise drink!

Absolutely!!!! Some of those non-alcoholic drinks are very tasty even without the alcohol in them. ::yes::

Besides, we'll need someone to walk us back to our cabins....after all, they all look so similiar walking down those long hallways. And, just imagine, getting off the elevator on the wrong floor. It could be even a longer walk. :rotfl2:

I had no idea a Cosmopolitan is a martini. I think I'd had one of those. :cheer2:

Oh, that's right, you're the NON-chocolate lover! Oh well, more for me, Gail and Diana (and anyone else that's a chocoholic).

Isn't that the truth!?!?!? I thought that's what the door magnets were for, so we could find out way back to our rooms after a night of martinis. :rotfl2:

They're not acceptable even at Whispering Canyon :rotfl2:

Oh Cool Mary is the DW (that's designated walker) :Pinkbounc Don't worry Mary, I'm sure Carol will be there helping you out since she's a non drinker too! Ok, we're safe now - drink up!

In my pregnancy induced sober days, I found that the non-drinkers almost always has more fun than the drinkers just watching the entertainment!

LOL especially if your door magnets have been moved by other friendly cruisers!
