Can someone tell me or point me in the direction of a good thread or two which lists what people can get for breakfast with a snack credit? THANKS!!!!!

I'd be interested in more information on counter service breakfast too. I've found that with our travel times, we don't have enough lunch and dinner times to use all our CS.

AllEarsNet's menus really don't offer a lot of information about breakfast, and none of the dining plans FAQs really do either. Specifically, what CS restaurants offer breakfast?

Here you go this is a great thread with everything that has been confirmed for snacks so far

Thank you... I'm not asking about snacks, though... I'm asking about counter service breakfast. You know... eggs, toast, etc.

Which CS restaurants offer breakfast? AllEarsNet has breakfast menus for a few places, but I think there are probably a lot more that offer breakfast.

All the resorts offer some type of CS breakfast platter or sandwich- except maybe the Epcot resorts.

Yeah, and unfortunately, that's where we're staying... Boardwalk. :) Actually, it does look like the Bakery offers a sandwich, but it's only like $4, so... I want a more expensive breakfast!!

That's why I was hoping that some of the Animal Kingdom restaurants would offer something, since that's the day we're going to have a late lunch and a really late dinner. I'm thinking Tusker House and Pizzafari both probably do... there just aren't published menus online for breakfast.

I read somewhere here (maybe on this thread) that a CS was used at BW bakery. I'm pretty sure it was any two items.

Just got back from Disney World last night, so I figured I'd fill you in on the latest...

You can use your CS for breakfast, though it's not as good a deal since you can't get dessert with breakfast. I used snack coupons for cereal and a piece of fruit one day.

They are still not separating out the adult from children meals yet in your totals. Though, I did try to order 3 adult meals for us one day at CS and the CM told us that my children had to order off the kids menu.

There were lots of items that could be counted as snacks that were not listed with the DP symbol. ASK! Some of the kiosks are privately owned and don't accept the DP or room charges.

The meal plan was WONDERFUL & you actually got too much food. It was so nice not to have to dig into your pocket all the time.

I know this has been posted and I am trying to do a search but I guess its too general of question so I can't get an anwer! I have a breakfast question like an above poster. If I want to eat breakfast at CBR, I know I can get a combo/platter. Can I get juice, water bottle, or milk for a beverage? We will likely buy the mugs so won't ever need soda at the CBR food court and we aren't coffee drinkers. Thanks!

Thanks Mommy Quinn for sharing some great information on your very first post! Welcome to the DIS!!!

Yes. You can get water, juice, milk, coffee, tea, soda, etc with your breakfast :).

Thank you robinb! My friend who just got back swore to me that any drink other than water bottle or soda was a separate snack credit. I didn't think that sounded right!

I am almost positive that I am correct. We ate breakfast at the Pepper Market last year on the DP and we were able to order OJ or Coffee (the only things we did order). We will be eating more breakfasts on this next trip at Pop Century, so I will report back when we return in late August.

or for something really screwy...at Artist Palette we were allowed coffee & our choice of an additional bottle of juice, powerade, water etc. for 1 CS

Amy & Dan,

I believe you can get juice & such with breakfast using counter service credits. I know you can get bottled water. I am pretty sure I got tea the one day with my breakfast credit.

I am so incredibly excited about the meal plan. It was so awesome! Our dinner bills each night (2 adults & 2 kids) were in the area of $120 per night. We had filet mignon, shrimp coctail, etc. And it was so nice not to have to carry so much cash around with us. I started our trip with $100 in cash & I did not have to break into a travelers check till day 6 (and that was for souveniers). We were even allowed to get virgin pina coladas with our meal at O'Hana.

You are all going to LOVE the meal plan!

We travelled as a family of four and averaged pretty much the same as you (120 - 140). It really was great to not have to worry and budget and that any cash you had was for the little things like souveniers and such. Kona's allowed my DDs (15 and 5) to have virgin pina coladas with their meal as well! :)

Some CS places like Morroco's Tangierrine Cafe offer "platters", are those considered entrees too? And can we still get the desert if we get a "platter"...?

Yes, you can order dessert with the platters.
