I've emailed the cruisers a link to our photo album. I've put the photos on yahoo photo 'till I can update our page. My photo's 1 1/2 years old; we look the same but the kids are a little bigger now. I've just reloaded Acrobat onto my computer so I'll send out an updated cruisers list.

OK, I do need some help from all you people of the female persuasion. DW has indicated she'd like cruise-ware for Mother's Day. Given that it's been 14 years since I've been on a cruise (back when Big Red Boat was the "Disney" cruise line)....I have no clue. Suggestions gladly accepted. The only thing I've seen so far has been an Eeyore tankini at disneydirect.com, but that's just me guessing.

Here are a few suggestions for DB: A swimsuit & coverup, capri pants outfit, cute t-shirt/tank and shorts, tote bag for shore excursions, sunglasses, cute pirate t-shirt & jeans (if we have pirate night).

I've added Calico Ethyl's (V-Bug) pic to the photo album. She promises to send more photos so if she doesn't follow through we get to make her walk the plank!

I'll be leaving for Hawaii on Saturday for a week. I'll probably check up on the boards (gotta get my DIS fix)2 but I won't be able to post as often as I'd like to.

Hey all--- has any brave soul(s) made their REAS (Romantic Escape At Sea- extra add on package) ressies yet?

I was working on an itinerary (BAD! should be studying!!! ) and trying to figure out the best times. Do you think the evening shows will run about the same for the West Coast- themewise I mean? I wouldn't mind missing "Mousekeeteer" -- It's a gamble without the proper information!

We have made a big assumption that our West Coast itinerary (sp?) would be very similar to the Eastern Carrib. Based on that we made Palo reservations for Wednesday night and Brunch on Friday.
If our assumptions are wrong, then we'll be re-arranging! Hopefully we will be able to get info from the May 28th cruisers, at least! (The planner in me is with the lack of info!)

C-Ethyl: DH laughs at my spreadsheet itineraries -- but then he appreciates it later when everything falls into place (or there is a Plan B, if it doesn't!)

PegLeg is an apt description for the Cap'n right now! DD11 and I went birthday shopping yesterday afternoon. Da' foot was a bit swole up las' night!

DH, DD9, DD11 +friend are going to Seaworld Saturday. Cap'n and the little one don't get to go. If I can't do two hours at the mall, then 12 hours at Seaworld is out

Dirty Jenny's UNITE!

My husband just grins from ear to ear because I got this pirate name. His name is Iron Davy Rackham. He gets the macho name, and I get the dirty name.

Bloody Davy: My understanding re: REAS is that you can call a lady named Debbie to make the arrangements prior to. I'm sure Red, Dirty1, or Cap't Anne could provide the phone #. I could if I were at home (but ahhh. 'Tis Friday! and another gloomy one for that ) but alas <sighing> here I be (not) working .
Harrr! Bloody Davy's a'speakin' true to a pirate! (no more - no less better than the rest of us!)

Cap't Anne: Yeah, one final on Monday (yipes! ) and the other is on Tuesday the 10th! I'll be glad when it's over. Goin' back to school makes me wonder "what was I thinkin'???" 6 more credits to go and I'll be done. I hope I make it!

Those spreadsheets have come in handy over the years! All the travel info (confirmation #s, meal times/PS, etc) all at my fingertips. Sure beats everyone standing around in a group saying "where/what do you want to eat/do?" for 20 minutes until a decision is made! They're just a basic plan, so definately flexible, but helps to decrease those indecisive times that can be frustrating (especially times when the hungries hit and patience can run lower).

Red: You're no doubt busy packin' for your trip to lovely HI tomorrow, but you're in our thoughts! Enjoy the and have a safe and happy trip!
