Sounds like a great album! How many pics to you usually put on a page? I'm guessing 8 with the 12x12 size, but since I'm doing digital prints that I've already cropped on the 'puter, I may not get that many. I need to look at My Becky Higgins layout book to get some ideas. My pics might be here by tomorrow, so I've got to get ready... This will be so much fun! There was so much emotion in this cruise and so many good friends who mean so much, that there will be a lot of journaling to do to go with it. It's been a while since I got this excited about doing a book, just going along and trying to keep up, but now it'll be like reliving the whole cruise again!! We're definitely in for a fun time.

Maybe I can help a little with the wedding stuff. Since I had 2 sons get married last year, I have at least some of the logistics handled and can give decorating advice. I also know many wedding websites that can help you keep this monster under control, but still elegant and stylish. Just let me know what you need help with and I'm there for ya. Hey, ever heard of a chocolate fountain? They are very popular at wedding receptions now, and we had one at our son Ben's reception. It was the hit of the night, and the company sends someone to make sure there are no fingers or other things going into the chocolate. I have the website of the best one, if you need it. Just an offer from one wedding crazed mom to one who will become that...

Hi to all of my fellow Panama Canal Cruisers,
Before any more time goes by I wanted to post a thank you to all of you from this group who helped make the cruise such a memorable experience.
Even though I was traveling with 50 members of my Southern CA Disney Club, and both of my roommates were NFFC members, all of you added a big element of fun.
Thanks for the lanyards and namebadges, the door magnets, the fish extender and all of the fun gifts (something we weren't expecting!).
Thanks to Linda for the scrapbooking help and the special navigator...
Thanks to Kay and Dr. Bill for the room tour...and all who opened their staterooms so generously........
Thanks to Lynda (and Cash) for helping several of us get those special Kingdom to Kingdom pins....
Thanks to Tony and Adrienne for several goodies including the fun MousePlanet quiz and lanyard....
Special thanks to Bette and Kim for organizing the orphanage visit in Mazatlan and for allowing me to come along. It was a touching highlight of the trip. I enjoyed sharing the day with Robin and Aimee, Kathy and Ken.
I too am working on a scrapbook, my first 12x12, as there were just too many special souvenirs and fun things not to try and put it all in one place for keeping the memories alive.

I have finally caught up with all the posts since the cruise. I cannot believe that it has already been a month since we left FL.

I am not sure my bank account is going to ever recover. Besides the cruise we bought in DVC. Then on our drive up to San Jose, Andy bought a new car (Yellow Scion - we call it the short bus ). I am dreading our credit card statement !!!

I am still working on our pictures but it is great to see what others have posted (jenn - I am glad the camera worked out for you.) One thought that I do have about scrapbooking. It might be fun if we pick some themes and scrapbook together. Let's say we pick Cabo. We can sent a time and then everyone can work on their Cabo pictures. This is good for people who don't know where to begin. I find picking one thing to start makes beginning easier.

Upcoming trips - Since we are now part of the DVC family we are of course ready to start planning our next trip. I don't think I can committ to training for the marathon, but I could be the official groupie. If we are going to try and plan something, I would be more than happy to help.

Lastly, I do want to thank everyone who helped made the trip even better than it might have been. I especially want to thank Peter and Jen who looked out for me on the ATV tour!!

They just found the 11 year old boy here in Utah that has been lost in the mountains since Friday. Initial reports are he is okay!

I've already contacted a bunch of people about sending me pics and all, but I thought I'd PM all of the cruisers as well just to be sure I get to as many as possible. I also want to have a complete list so I can contact everyone once the DVD is finsihed.

Here's the list I've gotten, mainly the Master List and a few others I found. Does anyone know of any other names that should be here? Or maybe some that shouldn't? Didn't know if there might be some cancellations that weren't accounted for.

I'm so glad he was found! Whenever my boys were on scout camping trips, I worried, so I really felt for his mom! I'll watch the national news tonight, it was on last night, so I hope they'll mention that he was found.

What do I need to do to get a DVD? That would be such a great thing to have from our incredible cruise!

You know, the more I think about our cruise, and the more I remember, it becomes even more apparent that all of you are what made it memorable. Yes, the itinerary was exceptional, the food was great, it was romantic, etc. etc. etc., but having so many great new friends on board was what we will always remember!
