SHE'S BAAAACCCCKKKK!!!!!!!!

I was just watching the news and they showed our beautiful ship coming in to Port Canaveral from drydock! She was all shiny and new. They showed the new kids room, the spa and excersize room and the big screen over the Goofy pool!!!!!! I wanna go back!!!!!

The Expo was great, we were overwhelmed by all the cool stuff, and we all spent too much money! I got a 5' tall wire paper rack from one of the booths at the end for only $50!!!! I was so excited.... Leslie and Elaine were very organized, going all the way around the booths before going back to buy what they wanted. I just bought stuff as I went, came home to lay down, then went back for the end, when the vendors dropped the prices because they didn't want to pack it up. We got some great deals!

The next Expo that I know of is the one in Tampa in March. It's a 'scrapbook Expo' as opposed to a 'Memories Expo' I guess the difference is not being a 'Memories community' sponsored event. It would be handy if a Girl Scout event were going on right then, huh Linda......? LOL. you'd have a hard time knowing which thing to go to!

I'm going to be in Salt Lake in May for our oldest son Dave's graduation from the U of U, so I don't know if I'll be going to the Expo in Tampa... We'll see!

Do you know if these scrapbook sales travel at all? Do you know if they ever have any in California or Oregon?

Before I get to the scrapbook stuff, we got our DVD last night and watched it. It's very good!!!!! I can't get over Leslie's 'big scene'...lol.... I can't wait for her to see it!

Scrapbook Expo's are all over the country every year. Go to www.scrapbookexpo.com to see their schedule and to www.memoriesexpo.com to see theirs. I don't know what the schedules are for next year, but I'm sure they have them on their websites, or will soon. They are a lot of fun. My personal rule is to take a finite amount of money and NO plastic money,lol... There's just way too much good stuff to buy there!

Today we had a pin meet at a friends theater. We meet there often and he usually plays Disney movies while we trade. This was the first time since the cruise that I have seen them all. So we played the pictures on the big screen! It was a blast to relive the cruise

I have not talked to Randy in a while (note to self - send another e-mail) but when I last heard from him his mom had multiple strokes, and several minor heart attacks. There was some heart issues that they had to wait on before they could operate.

Thanks for asking I need my fix!

What is this I hear about my "big scene"?? Unfortunately we couldn't get past the title lead in on our DVD.. Is there something I could do to fix it?
We all had a great time at the Scrap Expo. I was overwhelmed with how much STUFF there was!! Still sorting thru it all! Joe keeps asking when I'm going to stop BUYING stuff and continue making the pages.... Yeah yeah yeah... I'm working on it....

This past weekend we went to the Party for the Senses at the Food & Wine Festival Incredible!!! I highly recommend it!

I had a blast on my 5 day adventure at WDW and the Scrapbook Expo with Leslie and Renae!!!

Leslie, I can't thank you enough for allowing me to stay with you at the Mouse House - I hope you have recovered from our late night talks. Just tell Joe that before you actually begin your scrapbooks, you'll need to make an inspirational trip to Ontario to get you in the "scrappin' mode"!!!!!

Renae - thank you so much for the great dinners and overall the great times we had.

P.S. So what was the highlight of the Party of the Senses??????

I have put in my CC number and the number of all of those in my house and it does not work at all!

Even called DCL to verify I had the right number.... and he actually had 3 other numbers for me including the original one. They did not work either.

So anyone else try recently?

I was in yesterday printing out the Chocolate Soffle recipe and had no trouble - I didn't have to enter my Castaway Club membership number but I have it entered in my profile. I just checked again and it let me in no problem.

It also advised us to check back on October 19 for some special news.

If you need something from the site, send me a PM and I will try to help you out.

Hi Debbie!

I just tried with my CC#... no luck! Then, I tried with Joe's and BINGO... I got in! I will write to them tomorrow and ask them why my account is no longer active. My guess is there is a glitch in their database, or with their program.

I must say it is frustrating when you enter a number you know to be valid, the computer comes right back in your face with "I'm sorry... "

Seriously though... I agree, That's one EPCOT Food + Wine Event that's not to be missed!

Leslie... I really enjoyed watching you swing out into the water. My Dad was watching with me too... I haven't heard him laugh so hard in quite a while. You put a smile on his face! If we ever get to Curacao again (with everyone else... Joe + I will have to take that excursion! leslie... maybe we BOTH could swing out together!
