I cannot wait!!!

Took Cash to be scrubbed yesterday....He now knows something's up...Suitcases on the bedroom floor and his haunches are all frizzy-clean.....

Never fails. They end up sleeping in them at night. I have always said they are so much smarter than us

I want to thank everyone TOO. I have been so focused with work I was not excided about the cruise. Then being on the boards this last week and seeing all the great people we are going to do things with, I AM EXCITED.

Oops, So THAT'S what's wrong with the cat...She's been sleeping ON the biggest suitcase instead of the bed and has been YELLING at me for several days...I think she must see kitty boarding school in her future.....

Also, what I do is keep a smaller suitcase with some of our clothes in it for them - laying on the floor - when we leave and while we are away, it is her bed. Makes them feel like they know we will be coming home soon.

Seems to work. So very lucky to have a family member/members stay here while we are away. As we have discussed before, it is the first priority for arranging before leaving the house.

I know a lot of you are getting ready to leave for Disney soon and I just wanted to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to everyone for planning all the great events....I do want to send out a very heartfelt thank you to some special individuals (not that you all aren't special)

Amy and I want to share our thanks and sincere appreciation for everything everyone put in to this trip as well. Elaine, I think your list is missing someone though...you! Thanks so much for organizing our pajama party. I'm sure it will be one of the highlights of our onboard activities!

Work has been terrible for both of us recently and coming home to the boards has been a great pick-me-up.

I checked DD into the "Club" online and when it asked who the designated adults were, my name was already listed and then there was a pull-down to show DH name. but, to my surprise there were also 47 other adults listed! At first I couldn't figure out who all the other people were?? Finally, I've got it - they are our late dining buddies!!

What a BIG family we have!!

PIN SALES

I have no doubt that pin sales will be explained thoroughly in the first navigator we'll get when we check in. I wouldn't bother with trying to plan anything prior to that. It's still possible that Disney may change the procedure.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I found this group. You have been a fantastic source of information. It's also been fun to check in at least once a week since we booked last May (and at least several times a day lately). I thank all of you who kept things going and organized all of the different plans and I look forward to meeting all of you next Saturday.

Hello all....

10 hours and counting until I am off for WDW!!! I am so excited...yet exhausted. I am hoping to be finished and in bed by midnight with all the stuff. The girls are working feverishly on finishing up our sailaway gift....

They wanted me to share it with you...and in all the excitement they asked if I could share with you as they (and me) are too excited to wait...so please forgive the indulgence here...

It started when we were trying to come up with something and batting ideas about...

And I guess it helps to explain that the girls call me "NEM" which is their interpretation of "Auntie M" which is what I was going for originally....so, there will actually be 3 little peeps calling out my screen name throughout the cruise...LOL. So, keep and ear out and if you hear "NEM! NEM! NEM!" (and you will) that's me!!! But I digress...

So, given the NEM in their lives....the littlest one (that speaks), Beaux, has somehow confused MnM's with her NEM so whenever anything comes with MnM's she always says she wants NEM's on her ice cream or a NEM cookie whatever...makes us giggle every time.

So....also taking into account that rumor has it MnM's have been discontinued in scoops......we decided to bring custom MnM's for our special cruise friends that have been making this past 6 months so great!!!! (although the girls have a little something different for the kids on the cruise, but we will save that as a suprise)... We are truly grateful for all you have done and the hard work you have put in this past year to make such special times for people you have never met.

Im going to try to post a pic - (these little suckers were hard to take a pic of...) but the phrases we used (that met the guidelines and fit on the the M) were

-Kingdom 2 Kingdom (the only way it would fit on the little thing...LOL)

And then we dropped in a couple of pink ones with our names, so that you guys knew they were from me and my sister and the girls.

So, we hope you can use them on your ice cream or take them with you to the movies and have a treat on us!! Although I am a bit worried about how to make sure everyone gets theirs...we dont really have them labeled by room, so as much as I hate it, I guess when they are gone , they are gone...although we have about 200 bags and a few back up plain green (no writing bags)...(if anyone has any good ideas about how to best distribute then I would be happy to hear them)
