I have to work Thursday night so we won't be up there until Friday afternoon. If anyone wants to meet for a bite to eat before or after Scott's shindig let me know. I'll be up for some cuban drinks, eh food, eh mojitos by then. We're not staying at the mousehouse since Jeff's dad lives right off property and he's our ride the next morning.

I've decided not to bring florida wine to any of the wine events, while some of it I do like, just not enough. So I'll be bringing wine from our surrogate home, future retirement home, Australia.

Speaking of travels, if anyone hasn't been to Australia and New Zealand you must go. It's amazing. There's a little island off the south coast of Austalia called Kangaroo Island, it's quite possibly the most extrodianry place we've ever been. Same can be said for Cairns and barrier islands in the reef....

Talked to my TA. He is expecting my documents today from DCL so he will ship tomorrow. He said he would overnight. I said don't waste the money. I already know what's in them!!!!

So no doc dance today for me.

Scott and I will be arriving at WDW on the evening of May 11th. Doubt we will be the first.

Since I have only 4 more days (nights) to work (starting tomorrow night), I keep thinking vacation will start in 1 week, instead of the 2 that everyone keeps mentioning. I will be lucky enough to have 4 days off before we leave, that should be enough time to get my body back to a day time schedule.

For Kay, our room number for the "trekkers" is 7042.

Bacardi coco - is that coconut? Trying to imagine what that would taste like with diet coke.... Hmmmm might have to do a taste test!

Yes, Coconut....diet coke and Bacardi coconut...my sister and I call them CocoLoco's and I just spent the weekend warming up for the cruise - building up my tolerance...LOL....Yummy....they are like Malibu Rum, but not as sweet as the Malibu Rum. But who am I kidding , we are bringing a bottle of Malibu Rum as well...as well as stoli vanilla...all wonderful diet coke mixers...

And for you diet dr pepper fans out there...the Coco and vanilla is also good mixed with that as well...

I highly recommend a taste test or come on by the suite and we will hook you up. Although beware, ours have a tendency to be on the strong side. We like to look at the diet coke portion as a splash of color.....LOL

I cant wait to get there!!!

Deb - That also means that there are probably only 500 per ship for The Hubcap. I think I will get in line tomorrow.

To make matters worse there are 2 different versions of the hubcap pin one for each cruise, just like the small ones the ship is pointed in a different direction.

Hola everyone!!

We hosted a party this weekend and we had WAY TOO MUCH FUN! Or should I say, WAY TOO MANY MARGARITAS!

Yesterday was a serious recovery day! Thankfully, I have the best husband in the WHOLE world! He took care of Q and also cleaned up! Gotta love him!

We leave on Wednesday, the 11th. We are staying with my parents till the drive down on the 14th. Quincy is beyond excited to see Grandpa and Grandma .

I am beyond excited to be going on this trip!!

Back from WDW and the Stitch Pin Event:

Had A Great Time

Kept up with the boards for the first 3 days then the phone service went out at my fathers (entire neighborhood) for 2 days so 56 pages to catch up on as he still believes dial up service is fast enough.

Got up at 2:30 am our time 3:30 am WDW time to catch our 7:00 am Southwest Flight, practice for 5/13/05 and the cruise. Spent the morning catching up work and the last 2 hours catching up the boards. Only 8 days of work left till we sail.

Met alot of nice people from our upcoming cruise.

Saw the great pins in person. Can't believe how great they are. Hubcap LE 1000 price $65-$75.00. Pursuit Pins LE 500 each I think they were less than $10.00 each. The logo pins are great. Different hubcap for each of the repo cruises LE of 1000 for each cruise.

Really impressed with the New Jumbo Cruise Ship pins a new one every month started in April.

Got a lot of great stuff at the park and such.

Bought another sailaway gift at mousesurplus, a great satchel / koozie / cell phone bag with a cruiseline logo all for .24 cents each comes in a box of 144. See your goodie bag for one.

Helped bag all our sailaway gifts for the 4 staterooms in our group. Had a great production line going till we ran out of gifts. 144 bags done.

Guess that brings it all up to date, oh except one thing:

Still No Documents

DCL says they were mailed and the tracking number says they are in Jacksonville, Florida, but should reach Illinois some time tommorrow. Will Believe it when we see it.

Can slow down now and read at a normal pace.
