Just spent the morning trying to catch up on everything from over the weekend! I am so excited - I got my new tuxedo vest yesterday, and it turned about beautifully. And, they used less than two yards of the fabric, so I have plenty left over!!!!

My boss is in town this week, and I am having dinner with her - planning on a heart to heart talk. I've been contacted by two recruiters in the past week, and the thought of finally getting off the road is really attractive right now. So, we'll see what happens.

One Tequila,Two Tequila,Three Tequila...FLOOR :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Good luck with the boss. We'll all be thinking of you..... :grouphug: :grouphug:
Okay I'm in for Cabo Wabo... shrimp AND tequila!!! :cloud9: Hope we have enough time to stop there after the ATV tour... otherwise I may have to take an ATV on a little detour....:moped: :rotfl:

Are you ready...............................................[/QUOTE]

I could go for that...seeing Galapagos is one of the places I intend on seeing in my lifetime...

Before age 35- Alaska
Before age 40- Africa (Hope to do medical work there and travel)
Before age 45- Galapagos

After that, I will come up with a new list- any suggestions?

I tell my husband- that I work, so I can go on vacation. Sad but true....when you grow up traveling- you gotta keep on doing it.

So true Celeste. I was also very fortunate to grow up traveling and the bug has never left me. I pray it never will.

Return to Africa and China are on my list, Lynn wants to drive to Alaska, maybe an Alaska Cruise. In 1976 I spent 27 "fun" filled days on Denali, that was an adventure. So much of this hunk of dirt flying around in the universe to explore and experience.

AHHHHH - I just received a summons notice for jury duty on May 25th.

Can someone help me with a very creative excuse to get out of it?

Shouldn't be a problem at all. If there isn't a number listed on the jury summons, just call the clerk of court for the court that issued the summons. Ask them the process to notify they court you will be out of the country when you were summoned. Some courts will just let you off entirely, some will reschedule you for another jury call. In my past life before I was Super Mommy I was a lawyer and I would LOVE a chance to serve on a jury.

Of course, if you don't have your documents haven't arrived yet, you could call Disney and tell them you need them expedited to show the Court.

I got 'em! I got 'em! I called in sick and I'm home today, and my docs were just delivered! I get to do the dance!

No visit from the upgrade fairy here.... For those of you needing stateroom numbers....We are in 2011..... down there in the bowels of the ship...which is fine with me.... I'm just happy to be on it!

Ah Kim, it will be alright. The worst part is stressing out over it. Once you hand in that letter, you'll feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

And for the next two weeks you'll be thinking "hey, I'm leaving, what do I care??" ;) :teeth:

Kim if all else fails we will ask you: Kim, you just quit your job, now what are you going to do?

You can shout: I'M GOING TO [Disney World, Disneyland, on a Disney Cruise].

We'll get you your own commercial :)

Sorry I have been out of touch this last weekend. I have been sooooooooo sick.......................................... :cold: :cold: :cold:

Anyway.......it was my LAST WEEKEND HOME, so I had a million things to do when I was actually home.

First...........Jamie danced/sang on Saturday, so that messed that whole day up, but gave me time to go by scrapbook store to pick up another item I needed!m Gotta love all the scrapbook stores in Salt Lake!

Linda

Celeste,

To add to your 'places to see' list, how about the Beach Boy's song... Aruba, Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahama (Castaway Cay) Key Largo, Montego... how does that work? It's on my list!

Renae

Then, I had to try and finish compiling all the "stuff" for scrapbook class.

Then, I had to pack my boxes for shipping to DCL today. 3 boxes, total weight of 73 pounds!

Then, I had to go to the $238 store, since I only spent $87 there last weekend! I really need to get on this cruise. I know I won't spend as much on the cruise as I spent the last month! :rotfl2:

Then, I had to go to the mall, because I didn't have any pants I like with my REPO t-shirt for embarkation day, and then I needed 2 new pair of summer sandals to go with the new clothes I bought at Coldwater Creek Friday night for the cruise, and then I had to go to Target, Walmart and then I lost count!

But, I did get alot accomplished this weekend!

MY DOCUMENTS have been printed and sent to the TA- Linda may win!!!

:confused3 :confused3 No DOCS for us. I guess I'll call today and see if they finally got that Walt suite released so they could upgrade us! :rotfl2:

And I had to read 20+ pages 300+ posts to get caught up!

Leslie:I'll get you the potato dish recipe. I may be typing it in my computer on the airplane to Orlando, but I'll get it to you!

Linda

Linda,

I'm so sorry you've been sick! Can we cheer you up with a group hug? Is it that bug my sister said is going around Salt Lake? Her kids have had it. It doesn't seem to last too long, at least...

Take care of yourself and think of DCL
Renae

Hey Linda,

Can I bring you a 'sacred casserole' or some funeral potatoes? LOL.... just couldn't resist...
