Wow, I'm way slow and way late. Hello, My name is Margaret and I'll be sail on the RepoCruise Westbound on May 14.
I've got several Disney pals on this board already to a big Howdy to TDC NALA, ImprovGal, NYCCajun, and Kellib36.
I just ordered my 'Repo This' tee shirts and tote. But my dear friend, Kellib36 let me know I'm only 5,000 posts behind. hummm
Anybody with hints on how I can get up to speed, feel free to let me know... LOL

Wanted to get 2 princess phones for my granddaughters for future gifts and then a mickey and a princess since I need a princess phone for myself! (Just so I can hear the ring). If the ringtones don't make you smile, I don't know what else will.

We stopped in Puentarenas Costs Rica on Royal Carribean in 2003 and we didn't get any shots.

We weren't planning on getting any for this cruise either.

I meant mainland costa rice/ panama, meaning into the jungle for prolonged period, etc, not just a day stop in the areas around a port

Try either early in the morning or late at night. When I first tried it took over an hour and I got timed out at the cc part. When I tried last night around 11pm - PST, it was all done in about 2 minutes!

Just checked our Yellow Vac Books and all is good and then some. For those of you who plan future foreign travel it is worth it to get a yellow immunization book to record your vaccinations in. Debating on wither or not to drag ours along. Should not really need it.

Note to self, remove grass skirt before using hedge trimmer to adjust length… Just Kidding. LOL

Eeyore monday is over and tomorrow could be a Tigger Day. Might get to pounce.

My mailbox was overflowing again today. I sent out PM's again, confirming receipt. All the Mickey checks, and Disney stickers make me smile...boy do I need that with the snowy weather brewing outside. Thanks!

Ken, the only person on your "missing in action" list that I remember anything about is Dianthus. She had posted back in November that this really was going to interfere with her DD end of school and they were having trouble deciding if they were going to cancel or not.

An hour or more sounds about right going through all the steps ordering the phones. My confirmation did say I should have them by March 4th, I'll let you know. I can't wait!

So, what is the concensus on getting shots for this cruise? I hadn't planned on getting any, but perhaps I should check with my doctor? I will be having the mexican lunch watching the cliff divers and Hep A apparently can be transmitted by eating food that is prepped "not so well" (to say it nicely)

Got e-mail today stating that I would get another e-mail when they were shipped. No wonder Motorola is on the rocks.
Ordered the Mickey Mouse phones. Goes with everything else in the Mickey Room. Thing is, the phones got Lee thinking again about what else can go in there.

In reference to the skirt trimming, did you watch the Three Stooges a lot when you where younger? Is it a case of growing older but not up?

Well, the princess phones are sold out now that I finally did get through. I still can't get through, but I do have them on the phone, or should I say I am on "hold" on the phone so I can give them an earful about their website.

Their website shouldn't be that bad. I am on a network and generally never have any problems. I even come into the office to order tickets on a weekend when they go on sale since I know I can get through Ticketmaster pretty darn fast.

I have not gotten any documents at all yet for our cruise. Does something say that we have to have proof of certain shots?? I know we need passports and have that already from when I went to Tokyo last year w/Disney on the Tokyo Experience trip

How was Disney Tokyo? I bet it was a wonderful experience...wow!

As for shots, DD got them to start kindergarten, not for the cruise. I don't think we need any shots/immunizations.

First of all, this is a DVC cruise - and us, as Dis'ers, are a very important part of this cruise We are going to want everyone else know that we are a group and we do good things.

DVC will probably give us a shirt - like on the 1st DVC cruise, but we want one for the Dis'ers.

As everyone knows, I am trying to get shirts for us. I thought that going through my brother's site - http://strawbridge.logomall.com/ - that we could save a couple of dollars and get a good quality 50/50 cotton shirt - that is pretty close to size. I have had a PM to me that this should be done in as a democratic way as possible. It was never my intention to do it any differently than that. I was just trying to get us a good shirt and not pay retail for it.

When I first started the shirt matter back the end of October, I probably didn't know exactly what it entailed. Now I am a little more knowledgeable about it - but still don't know it all.

SO - We have an emblem sent to us by John/Kathy Van Note and 3D and my DB is going to come up with one from his business. We re going to post the three final emblems and see what feedback we get from everyone.

As far as the colors go, we will have two colors - most probably now it will be light purple color and ash color - With any of the emblems that will be submitted, the colors with go with the shirt and look real nice.

The DIS green shirt would probably be okay, but why have a shirt the same color as the DIS shirt. I have had some responses and a different color shirt would be nice and separate from a shirt color we already have for the DIS group.

The more emblems and shirt colors we provide, the more complicated it will be and we want to keep it sorta simple to choose from. The vast majority are not worrying about color, they just want a nice shirt.

Instead of me putting the money out myself for everything and then shipping to everyone that wants them before and taking the rest on the ship with me

it is going to be much less complicated for DB to list them on his site and everyone choose what they want, pay for it there and have it shipped directly to you. (Zazzle.Com for the 14 day cruise only gave us one color and one emblem and you ordered that or you didn't order it)

I am flying up to S.C. on 3/23 to get with my DB and try and attempt to come up with three emblems and two or so colors for each of you to see and then list it on our site and get your responses at that time.

I WELCOME ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT ANYONE HAS before I go to S.C. so that I can consider them when I am there and then send another information thread to you for consideration. We will defnitely has to put a deadline on the suggestions in order to finalize things for ordering.

I know many people don't visit the Board each day as many of us do so we want to try and reach as many DIS'ers as we can.

The majority will most probably rule in the decisions made - I never intended to make decisions on my own or alone.

Thanks for everyone's consideration and WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST ON THIS CRUISE - I think some nice surprises are in store for us.

I suggest interval training -- read 5 posts slowly, then 5 posts quickly, 5 posts slowly, 5 posts quickly, lather, rinse, repeat.

Don't forget to warm up first, and then cool down and stretch out afterwards!
