Tippy Meets new friends at the Dog Park.

Was a beautiful day. 65+ degrees. A lot of walking. Talking. Finally cooking burgers. How much better could a day be. Well, we could have been on Castaway Cay. But then that means Tippy would have been at grandma's and we could possibly have Gypsies in the Palace.
Nah. Not yet.

Tippy has the same markings as Josie... Jeff has a beagle theory that the less white on the tail, the smarter the beag.... Josie has ALOT of white... hench being Pinky while white challenged Copper is smarter than your average beag

The heavy rains took their toll in north Jersey. Water will crest around 6:30 AM tomorrow morning. The roads getting into work are iflooded

A day to get caught up with things AND to begin thinking about opening up those suitcases!

Where is Yardville? I'm from North Jersey while Jeff is from Central....

Luggage table? We have a "luggage bed", no we have a "luggage room", our entire guest room is dedicated to packing, the bed is covered with suitcases, and every available space has piles of clothes and everything else.

We also have an entire spare room dedicated to packing,with some extra racking that we have bought especially for the cruise.The first work on this was started about a month ago but recently has come to a halt.The room looks like sale day at Walmart.Items so far range from toiletries ,cruise T shirts to rope/plastic dagger/parrot for the pirate night.

Good morning! How is everyone on the bright Monday morning???UUGGH! I can't seem to get going with the time change!
I am sorry some of you are having yucky weather! Hope things look up soon! I am sure in about 6 weeks everything will look great!
Does anyone else notice how badly people are driving lately? Whats up with that??? Sat. me and DH were out and this guy came across three lanes of traffic to get into the turning lane. Everyone had to slam on the brakes, then he stops right in front of us, taking up two lanes and won't move!GRRR! Everyone is sitting there and cannot move. My hubby has a bit of an anger issue when it comes to other people, so I was a bit worried he was going to get out of my car, but he behaved himself and only rolled down the window to throw my Redline energy drink out the window and hit his van SHEESH! Then this morning I was run off the interstate by a lady that even after she ran me off the road, to take my lane, did not even know she did it! So how is everyone else doing?hehehe!
I cannot find time to get my pic on the sit so everyone knows who we are, so here are a few tips on what we look like. Look for the little red head (DD). You can't miss my DH, just look for the guy that has a tribal tattoo covering the left side of his chest and arm! (Don't ask!)
Thanks for those that PM'd me to write my DD, she is extremely excited., and so am I. Work is so busy for the both of us! My DH is getting overwhelmed in the hurricane shutter business, with season approaching! Everyone wants shutters NOW! And everyone is trying to get teeth fixed before they head back up north!
Sorry for completely rambeling on, just needed to vent a little!

Where is Yardville? I'm from North Jersey while Jeff is from Central....

Yardville is about 7 miles south of Trenton. We're just off Rt. 130, 195 + 295. If you blink, you'll miss it! We're nestled in between a cluster of "older, quaint" towns... Allentown, Crosswicks, and Groveville. We're also about 4 miles north of Bordentown.

We are blessed to be on property which has been in our family since the late 1800's... about 4 acres complete with a meadow and creek. Of course, developments + shopping malls surround us at everyborder!

Where in North Jersey and Central Jersey are you both from?

Extra helpings of pixie dust to everyone today! We're home and getting ready to cruise!!!

Thanks Kara! Joe's come a long way since we've been married (especially being married to me... ) The things I've asked him to wear (all Disney themed of course!)

Thanks for the input about the jackets and sizes. I was really wondering if white dinner jacket would be sticking out and taking things to the limit! Thanks for confirming this for me! I'll let him know and see what he thinks!

We're both off tomorrow due to the flooding in the area, so we'll be able to concentrate on the cruise!

Ken has also said he'd wear a tux for this trip - we'll get the white jacket if you will. I've never seen Ken in a tux and I bet this will be the last time so I want to go all out and get both jackets.

Hey Georgie. We did the full rental package for our first cruise, with the tux and the white dinner jacket. The measurements were pretty true. DH looked pretty good in them both, though I will warn you that he seemed to be the ONLY one in the white dinner jacket. You just don't see too many guys wearing them, so if your hubby gets uncomfortable being a standout in the crowd, I wouldn't do the white dinner jacket. Just a thought.

Enjoy your trip to Palm Springs. I'll try and let you know if something important comes up on the threads. Question for you, did you have Eric go to a tux shop to take his measurements. Ken's never ordered a tux and I'm not sure how to go forward. Any assistance would be great. Thanks.

Another beautiful day in paridise, upper seventys and sunny in FL. The bad drivers are out in full force. This morning I watched a RAV 4 pull out infront of a school bus in the left hand lane (bus doing 45 MPH). It's hard to see those big yellow boxes with the strobe lights on top! Alex

Will try the Overstock.com. Looking for a American Tourister that will match everything else. That way it will look like everyone elses and I can't find it on the belts at the airport.

Take our Kingdom to Kingdom "theme" colors and cut 12" ribbon and tie around the handles (use knots) of your luggage. When they show up on the belt, you can easily identify them from the others and know you are just about out the door and on your way to enjoy some Disney Magic!!

I'm going to give in and order the tux package for Robert too so I don't have to haul all that stuff back and forth.

Last time we did it, I just went with him to local tux shop and had them measure him and then I knew measurements when I ordered for the cruise. They did mess up once on a cruise we took (10 years ago?-before DCL), but they actually had "extras" on board and just exchanged his pants so he didn't look like he was dressed for the flood!

Okay...........another thing to add to list of to do's!

Good Morning Fellow Cruisers of the High Seas to Exotic Ports o’ Call.

Weather here in Jackson is pretty yucky, wet snow, roads are a mess.

Packing over the weekend went pretty well. We have about 20 lbs of vacant space in our flying luggage. (will have to add the pirate outfits) Will be sending a box to SSR ahead of our arrival.

We should receive our Pirate outfits late this week or next. I can’t wait to swash some buckles.

Lucky Georgie and Joe getting a day off. Enjoy it for sure.

Linda, can we make requests of the kinds cookies? We will bring the left overs from the meet at SSR, so we can have wine, cheese, crackers and cookies.

Another thing to do with your luggage is to mark it with a big red and white tag that states “ Human Transplant Organs.” Rarely will someone pick up you bag by accident.

This is a good group of folks with some pretty neat pups.

Jeff is from Sayerville/ E. Brunswick. He grew up there in the middle of the hair band craze, esp the whole Bon Jovi thing.... I grew up in Clifton and Newton, went to Rutgers Newark...
