Some tentative info:
PIN TRADING MEET: I'm leaning towards Saturday 5/21.. sometime in the afternoon (while DH takes his nap...LOL) I've had good response to the idea of a "mystery swap" .. so bring a LE 1500 (or less) Disney pin if you want to participate in that... no obligation though. I have a few other things planned too so we'll have some fun activities along with the trading.

So we put the rush on getting the Letters if Marque together and sewing on the patches , and making our FL shopping list.

What leftover cookies, I think I once read on the side of a Girl Scout cookie box in the very fine print something to the effect “once opened the contents must to completely consumed rapidly.”

Take our Kingdom to Kingdom "theme" colors and cut 12" ribbon and tie around the handles (use knots) of your luggage. When they show up on the belt, you can easily identify them from the others and know you are just about out the door and on your way to enjoy some Disney Magic!!

OK in response to the above...yes I'm starting to freak out. Actually I was talking to a friend who said she might be doing a Panama Canal cruise on April 22 and I was like WHAT?!?!? 2005!?!!? I would DIE if I had to do everything in 3 weeks. I took the last of the clothes to the cleaners today, switched the closet from winter to spring/summer, and I'm planning what to wear. Actually I was planning what to wear while busting my butt on the bikes at the gym. Gee if they had wireless I could just bring my laptop and make a nice spreadsheet while making sure my butt will fit into the clothes for which I'm doing all this planning!!

And for Fantasmic, yes the date is coming up soon. I be calling and getting as many seats as possible. Will also call before the day to see if GC concierge can do anything for me. I will reconfirm with everyone on my list before I call to make ressies. Once I actually have ressies then I will let everyone know what I got. We'll figure out how to make the money move...I don't mind putting in on my card. I put $10,000 on my Disney Visa today ($100 more for the cruise!!!)...buying new windows and doors. Now when I pay the balance on the windows/doors, I will use another card and get a free ticket.

I love virtually laundering my money hehe.

This is so funny, a couple months ago when I was at Home Depot picking out the paint & wallpaper for the new sewing room, mom & I found these 4 inch wide mickey stamps. We bought a couple then went to a crafts store and purchased fabric pain in the " traditional" colors. We're stamping our bright blue duffle bags with the Disney stamps. So tell me, what else are we doing ??? Can't wait to see your bag, I never thought to paint the freebie bag(s) , we ended up with 2 of them...

Lynda... That's GREAT idea! I've never come across huge Mickey ears (unless DH wears his Mickey hats... ) or gloves!

Sounds like I should go off to the local craft store and shop!

Disneyland finally has their 50th anniversary planning DVD available on the DL website. I ordered mine yesterday so hopefully it will come soon!

Does anyone have any idea what drive time should be like from the San Pedro port to Disneyland? Also any ideas on time from DL to LAX on Tuesday morning(rush hour)?? Thanks!

Just be careful on the pre-sale Disneyland tickets.
I think some of the specially priced ones have to be used by 4/28

For those who are interested in going to the ESPN Zone they have a good deal when you sign up for their MVP club. It gives you a $20 voucher and free game play etc. but don't sign up until about 30 days before you plan on being there or your voucher will expire too soon!

Just hope they're still offering it in a month or so. DS 9 LOVES ESPN Zone!
