2005 vs 2006 UG??

I love the Unofficial Guide. Hands down it's the best travel guide of any kind out there. I have 2005 memorized. Is there enough difference in 2005 vs 2006 for me to consider purchasing? (Len, you can't answer this one, you're too biased LOL).
Are the ride or restaurant reviews any different? Any new reader comments?

Yes, it's worth it! There are now little "behind the scenes" extra boxes from Jim Hill-- some of it is too funny.

Plus, the new crowd level chart is pretty nifty, too.

I just bought the 2006 version. I can't put it down. I have not bought a new one in a few years. I just love having all of it to read. Maybe is will make January get here faster.

They had them in 2005 I think. I haven't seen much of a difference myself, although I haven't had much time with it yet. I do think the 2006 looks much nicer.

I have both 2005 and 2006 and I definitely think it was worth it to get the 2006 version.

I say it is absolutely worth it. There is nothing like having the most up-to-date info but then again, I am an obsessive vacation planner myself. I will likely buy a few more 2006 updates from the various guides but the UG is by far the best on the self.

I bought it. And am loving it. The new colors and tables are very easy to read. Haven't done a side by side comparison to 2005...but I'm enjoying my new one. I have 2002, 2005 and now 2006!

I did really LAUGH at the new intro story in the "being Goofy" section. It was great!!!!

Thanks for the coupon - now to see if I can get there before it expires. I haven't bought a new UG in a few years so I'm due. I wrote to UG a few years back to say the should have a frequent buyer discount - then I would buy one every year.

and I am really enjoying it. I easily feel I have gotten my money's worth already and I haven't even been on vacation yet! That being said, though, I had taken a 2005 version out of the library earlier in the summer and I do think the two are pretty similar. Yes, it does have up to date information, but I am not sure if there is enough to justify spending the money again. If I were you, I would find a comfy chair at Borders and browse through it for awhile to see if the differences you are looking for are there or not. Best of luck and happy planning!
