I lend you BOTH of mine, if you'll take them home with you!DisneyPinDiva said:The "Artist's Choice" pin is a limited edition pin released on the ships... usually around once a month. They call it that because the artist who gets the assignment gets to choose his own design. It is usually an LE of 750 or less and the quantity is split between the ships. There are also "Captains Choice" pins where the particular captain picked the character that will be on the pin. These are released sporadically when that particular captain in onboard. Since the pins are only sold on the ships.. they are harder to get than normal LE pins at WDW.. so they are very good traders. There is usually a limit of 2 per person per night and they are only sold during the pin trading hour in the atrium... not in the stores.
Okay so who is going to lend me some kids so that I can get extras????![]()
DisneyPinDiva said:Forgot to add that there SHOULD be a special pin released for Christmas onboard too... I'm sure that will sell out very quickly since people who do not usually collect pins will buy them as souvenirs of the cruise...

scuba diver said:I would suggest you send them an email to confirm it up. I don't have my file with me, but the address is on Kevin's site. The guys in the office tend not to write anything down. You need to deal with the woman that knows how things work and can get it done. (this should be a fun comment for all the DW out there) They had only limited seats so try and get an email out.
PM me and when I get home I'll send you the email address if you have not already done it.

Gus, Era is the name of the individual I and Jim have communicated with. They are definitely are a easy goiing bunch down there. I guess, the tropcial winds will do that to you.afff said:Kevin...........
Just talked to Big John's in Antigua.
He was not there but after speaking to two different people they said that I can come.
They did not want my name, I was just to come along.
I hope that this was sufficient enough to hold a spot for me.
It certainly didn't sound like it was.
I'll hope for the best......I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Ex Dolphin Swimmer
Now hopefully a Scuba Diver

OK Hon, now the camcorder does have a stabilization feature. But lets not take it to far eh??Dancind said:We've been talking about trying to make a "best of" DVD. I will have the new camcorder at the Pirate party, hoping to get some good shots! It's pretty light, shouldn't keep me from partying.

DCL tells you over & over:
"Don't worry, you'll never see these people again."
But that doesn't mean that you won't be made fun of on the DIS.

I did put it in writing for him!

ohiominnie said:Yup, that's us too. Although we've started getting good pins to have on hand in case we see something we really want. dh had a LE 500 CC pin from last Christmas and got almost ALL of the formal cast lanyard pins in one trade! Of course, had we KNOWN it was LE 500 we'd have bought our limit, but alas, we only had ONE.![]()
tinksdad said:I'am the amatuer pin collector in our family. Actually, a more accurate term would be enabler! The girls love it and have more pins than you can shake a stick at.
My rule of thumb is if its limited, get some. If it is limited at a "special event or site" get all you can buy!!
