Well, Jim has made the ornament for the ornament exchange - it represents the Daytona Beach area. He is so creative.

I will ask Lisa when she gets home from school if the package from Mary has arrived. I will let you know.

I have scrap books from the last two Christmas Cruises. They are fun to look at. My family thought I was cruise obsessed until they "met" some of you. Now, Jim doesn't think my spreadsheeting of events on the cruise two years ago is so strange. He is currently spreadsheeting what wines go with what meal.

See you all soon. I am so jealous of those of you that are starting your holiday fun before the cruise. Our family has work and school thru Friday the 17th. I even have a gymnastics team parent meeting that Friday night. So, while you are all enjoy MVMCP, I will be at the gym :guilty: Do you think they'll notice if I'm daydreaming a little bit?

This weekend I am going to pack (I hope)

I would guess from this post that DrHug is MrsMork's Dear Husband? Welcome to another DH!

Too funny that he says he "finally found you". The thread or his wife?
Hi Everybody !

Actually, Both. I am always late. Tomorrow the journey begins. I won't be late for this trip. Ang has kept me post posted. I had trouble getting registered. Computer problems. (Now solved). I may get in a few posts though, if I can learn this thing. :scared1:

That's the forecast for Cape Canaveral. Looks like it is going to be a beautiful day for cruising!

That's COLD! Really, that is cold...at least for the Scubas.

Just because we found people that are more obsessed doesn't make you normal, it just means the other people are.....

And I don't think that making a listing of which wine I am going to have for dinner is at all being obsessed.

Our family has always said that nothing comes before gymnastics. This is just more proof.

Hi and good morning everyone.........

Can anyone help?

I tried to find the information but I am unsuccessful.

Question:

How many bottles of alcohol/wine is allowed per person travelling in from Canada?

I bubble wrapped 4 bottles of wine, BUT I also what to bring some premixed Bloody Ceaser's with me.
Not sure if it is sold in Liquor stores in the US.
I have been told that I can get my bloody Ceasar's on the Magic.

Thanks

Gus

Hi piratecutie - welcome to the DIS and the thread. You might want to use a darker font next time - that one is kind of hard to read. Welcome aboard!

Sharon, sounds like we have converted Jim to the cruise way of thinking. Good job! Maybe now he will plan less scuba trips and more cruises! Nah.

Gus, here's your answer from the US Custom's Dept. site:

Alcoholic Beverages
Nonresidents who are at least 21 years old may bring in, free of duty and internal revenue tax, up to one liter of alcoholic beverage—beer, wine, liquor—for personal use. Quantities above the one-liter limitation are subject to duty and internal revenue tax.

Here's the link to the website if you have any other questions:

Hi PirateCutie05........

I was talking to your sister about the blue Donald Duck hockey jersey
( Large ) for your Dad.

Tina said she might be able to pick it up as well.
Are you still able to do this Tina?
I'm not sure how difficult it will be for me with the kids
