Tom McAlpin, president of DCL is planning on sailing with us. He told me there is a slight chance he will have to cancel due to personal reasons. And no he said he isnt staying in the roy or walt disney suites, they were booked he says, lol. But actually I am closer friends with the old DCL president Karl Holz, he is now COO and President of EuroDisney. He seriously told me when I am in college to let him know and when I complete it he will seriously try to hook me up. My dream is to work in WDI or Walt Disney Theme Park Operations. I have never met Tom since he is a new. Karl introduced me to him over email. Tom says if he comes, he would love to meet me and invite me to Palo's private room for dinner one night, now wouldnt that me cool. He told me to email him next week and see what his plans are. I sure hope he comes. I dont really know if I should be shairing all this information, so please dont go around advertising it on the cruise, he deserves his privacy since his family will be joining him also, not that any of you would do that, but you never know.

Had a wonderful mini meet with TKSBaskets, and her boys. I love the DIS boards. We really enjoyed meeting you and the boys Teresa, now your sons will know at least one other in the Stack!!


WOOOOO HOOOOO Gregg got to ride Sweetie for the first time today. It was VERY exciting!! She is looking so awesome! Got the entire ride taped so gaRry will be able to experience it second hand. What an entirely wonderful Day and did anyone mention WE CRUISE IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!

I know just how you are feeling! I will be sending lots of pixie dust ad prayers your way. I know the thought of surgery so close to cruise time is very frieghtening. I know they are doing some hernia repairs via laparoscope, which would reduce healing time. You could have the blue lounge chair next to mine on deck4.
Do they think they could wait until after the cruise to do surgery? (If it is needed) Good luck Monday!!

Most definately....my doctor doesn't know anything of the cruise.
Perhaps I should of told him something about "the most important thing in my life right now"!

Yes - Gus - most definitely.... but Land and Sea Guy is in the Walt Suite and I thought it poor form to kick out someone we "know"....... Since the "owner" of the Roy Suite hasn't surfaced.... well - they're fair game.....

Hey Bri,
I made ours with a combination of Paint Shop Pro (to modify or clean up the graphics) and Microsoft Publisher. But most of the graphic design software will do the trick.

I posted these a few dozen pages back, but here they are again if your interested;

You would think that since Stacey was able to get us our room for the wine party that her Twin Lisa could get us our own boarding line (before the regular cruisers of course).

I really like this IDEA I think we should board before whomever has the Roy SUITE (Walt's will be with us) since we are DIS CRUISERS!!!!!

I hear that!! It's really a BUMMER!

I left the first hernia go for several months before I even went to the doctor. It was kind of a weird thing. He could more than likely be fine with some help and knowing the limitations.

If it was me, a team of wild horses couldn't keep me away!!

I declined the trip insurance. My TA was a little worried about that. I told her that I was going no matter what, even if someone, heaven forbid, died.
And if it's me who dies, Jay better darn well take me anyway!! yeah, just prop her stiff body up on the verandah...
