Its hard to believe we are only 2 weeks away! So much to do, so little time.

I am hoping to finish the door sign today. It takes us tech challenged people a while!

Off to take the kids to school so they don't have to walk to the bus stop in the cold. Then onto the gym.

Congrats on doc arrival Stacey!

And to add to your fun for the day, I have converted the thank you notes posted earlier to the format for the precut Avery Business cards. I recommend the #8371 Inkjet Buisness cards. All you'll have to do is edit the names on the cards and print. Then bend and they separate very neatly. I use them all the time.

Opening this should create two files on your desktop. One is Christmas ones the other is Cruise ones, use one or both, Enjoy.

As you may have guessed I have just started packing and I wondered whether I need to throw in some beach towels.

Good ? I know DCL has provided regular size towels for excursions. I remember a discussion about DCL providing larger towels but not when that would happen. We always get a few extra when leaving the ship.

Avery has templates on their site: http://www.avery.com You'll have to hand copy it all from the one I've provided to that one.

I got a call the other day from the shore excursion desk and they said they overbooked the 9:00 castaway bottom fishing and had to change us to the 1:00 time. Anyone else get a call like this? I don't want to bake in the sun out there in the afternoon. huh

NOOOOO, my DH and DS are on the 9:00 am time. We booked it about 85 days out, so maybe they're at the top of the list???

The question for this morning is about having back up plans for the shore excursions just in case the weather is bad.

Anyone have any thoughts about what to do in the ports in case the wind is blowing and the seas are rough enough that they cancel some of the shore excursions? What to do or is it just spend more time in the RainForest?

Lovely. Sorry to hear it's being so frustrating.

Worst case scenario- they have ones at the port too, just means more time at the counter to fill them all out.

Now that said, A tip for today!

Fill out the docs as much as you are comfortable with now. It will save time there. No, you don't have to keep the pages you fill out in the little booklet, but at least keep them together and preferably in order from each booklet for check in.

No, you don't have to bring all the booklets with either, but make sure you have all the pages that are either forms or have personal info on them. Any missed you'll have to fill out there.
