Got home just in time to see Tribal Council. I won't spoil it, but I was happy with the vote. I am leaning towards hoping Chris wins too.

I don't know, I think they should have kept John P and voted off Sarge this week (trying not to be a spoiler for those mountain time ppl!) ;)

sorry, that's the Benadryl/amaretto talking!

Some of what they said is useful. Yes you can bring it, more than likely they'll want to insist on that corkage fee thing if you want to use it there. Have seen just glasses brought in all the time with no objections.

Ok, Mary beat me to responding to this, I more fall on her judgement.

I've been bring wine into dinning room for 5 cruises so I don't feel to bad about it. Even into Palos where they pour it into their special glass.

I won't bring a carafe. I'll just stick to my big wine glass so it is one less thing to pack.

What is really funny is on the nights when they have cocktails in the atrium. Everyone in our family walks into dining with a drink.

I really don't drink all that much, maybe 1 - 2 glasses a wine a night at home. On the cruise, I just want to have what I like.

He's early with me. One of the only ways I've convinced MY dd to eat with us is to tell her that Lisa Scuba will be on early dinner too. She's hoping that at some point they can pull up a chair to our table (or theirs) and the girls can eat together!

Thank you! I nearly spit my amaretto sour onto my keyboard and monitor.

Took a Benadryl and am drinking an alcholic beverage. I don't think I'll see the next milestone!

What is in a amaretto sour? I like amaretto, but have never made it sour.

That would be funny. There is a group we listen to at Irish Fest every year. They do the funniest skits with beers. Sometimes their kids bring them out to them, sometimes a nun, one time they even rolled a keg on to the stage. Hey they need that beer to do good Irish drinking songs.

And there is nothing wrong with that. The "holier than thou" ppl on the main board have their little things too, they just aren't telling you about them!

You don't need them anyway, Mr. Scuba!! You have us and that's all that matters! :)

If you want to, I don't care if you get one of those ball caps with the flask in it and the attached straw that hangs down!! Heck, we've got a Camelback fanny pack. Want to borrow that? I don't care I don't care I don't care!!! Just COME AND HAVE FUN!!

And if someone doesn't like it....let it ruin THEIR vacation!!!!

stepping off my soapbox now.

I'm there with you. I like the flask idea!! DW won't care as long as I don't go to the Hurk show.

It's uh....how do I say this without making it too complicated....
well, first you take amaretto. then you add some sour.

voila!

p.s. the ones on the ship aren't nearly as good as i make at home.
