UGH....Tech rehearsal is so INCREDIBLY boring! 9-3:15 today of playing with the lights, fading music, going over and over the transitions. Nick did the walk on first (no words yet) and then the other Christopher Robin did everything else. Later in the afternoon the director was going to just do transitions again and do "cue to cue" (meaning stopping and jumping to another part of the scene.) I kindly, and humbly, asked that she allow Nick to do ALL of his scenes (for a total of less than 10 minutes, I'll bet) Since he hadn't spoken a single work and had sat there for 6 hours, the LEAST they could do was let him say his lines!!!

I know, I'm pushy. I'll probably get fired as stage mom! Stacey asked me if we'd have a DVD of it....I hope so! Anyone who wants a copy, just send $20 to....HA HA HA!

I always take loads of books on holiday with me. It is the only real chance I get to read. Makes the flight a lot more bearable aswell - although I'm hoping they're still showing Shrek 2 on US airways in December as I haven't seen it yet.

I will have a book (or the Reader's Digest) with me on the plane....but not on the cruise. I'd be just like Ohminnie...sound asleep.....and when they take pictures of me like that, they usually stick some stupid looking hat on my head!

I usually take a book or two. I like reading out on the verandah. I'm not one for laying in the sun for too long and reading a good book on the verandah is a nice way for me to relax.

Just checking in. I went and had a physical this am. I mentioned I was going on this cruise and my doctor suggested in lieu of a flu shot that I do the "flumist" thing which I did.
I always feel like I'm 10 lbs lighter after I visit my doctor.
Oh sorry! My mistake. It's just my wallet that's 10 lbs lighter! LOL!!!

That reminds me, I should call my doc and have him give us some Cipro. But he'll think of some reason to have me come in....

Jordan is bummed. But she learned an important lesson. Her original date for getting her braces off was February 05. They thought she could have them off before the cruise, but she didn't wear the rubber bands all the time like she was supposed to. So....she'll still have the braces on for the cruise. Maybe now she'll wear the rubber bands.
The doc told me that he would still take them off now if I wanted him to....but I told him no....she needs to learn.
MEAN MOM!

Okay, so my dad just called cuz he couldn't figure out how to turn off my central vaccuum system in my house and then he mentioned my mother was just getting finished defrosting my freezer in my lower garage.

GOTTA LOVE THOSE PARENTS............

Guess I better hurry home before they do too much damage, don't want to walk in and find my mom with an ice pick and hair dryer!!
