Has anyone actually started putting their clothes into their suitcases yet? I've already packed quite a bit. You"ll be able to pick us out on the cruise--the family with the wrinkled clothes.

I think I need to call the doctor tomorrow. I'm having a really bad continuous pain in my shoulder. I haven't slept for three nights.

Land and Sea Guy, you don't understand. There are no secrets on this thread, no aliases. We've been sharing lives for 1 1/2 years now. We're long past the point of being leery of the "crazy internet people".

We are the only DISers on Deck 5, and we are staying for three nights at WDW after the cruise. We arrive very late on the 17th, and we're staying at the Embassy Suites near the airport, sharing a ride to the port. We are TAGing, wining, brunching, walking, scuba diving (well 2/3 of us anyway), and just really excited to be on this cruise with all these terrific people!

Did I cover everything?

Well, Matt and I are all packed and ready to go....to Costa Rica tomorrow. Three days of white water rafting in the rain forest.

DW is looking forward to being home along with DD to get the really serious packing done....for the cruise.

Most of our excursions are on our own and involve snorkeling, except Capt Nautica's on St. Thomas, and Dolphin Fantaseas on Antigua.

Stacey - I know that I'm probably alone on this but I think you should let the DS do what he wants with his hair. I remember my Mom telling me to get my haircut and I hated it! But then again that was back in the hippie days.
Nowadays I would probably let my hair grow long if I had any left to grow! LOL

scuba diver--have a great trip!

I have a question for those of you who have cruised before. What has been your experience with the "refridgerators" in the staterooms? This past June, the one in our room was just a "warm box"! We put water bottles in it, and had to put ice in a ziplock bag on top of the bottles just to keep them "cool". Are they all like that? I was thinking of bringing beer but we like it cold! I don't want to lug it on board and then not be able to get it cold.

Judy, my experience has been that if you want it COLD, you get ice from the room steward and stick it in an ice bucket. Or turn your tub into an ice cooler! The refridges don't make anything COLD.

I hear ya, I hear ya. KT wants to grow her hair long. Which means growing her bangs out. Right now she is in the sheepdog phase of it. It's too long to look neat and trim and too short to pull back well.

But then again, my mom let me grow my hair long in 4th/5th grade and now when I look back at pictures I think "oh my gosh, that looked TERRIBLE." Then again looking at pictures of me recently I think "oh my gosh, that looks terrible!"
