By the way, that's where the "boys" are right now - diving at Jenny springs.:smooth: :Pinkbounc :wave2:

I'm jealous and ::yes:: green with envy!! I want to dive Ginny again. Very cool place!! Maybe we will plan another trip there in May of 2005.

The weather and activities have been taking a toll on the diving around here......

Looks good to us. Jim says if we agree on this date, we can go - YEA!!!! Our kids should be out of school by then.

Your kids get out early???????

Ours don't get out 'till end of June.

Gus

I think 8.5 x 11.5 is about A4 size so I will go with that. I don't have a design yet - I need to find out if I can get the magnetic stuff over here. Then I can get started on my design.

I am wearing a long dress for formal and I have an ankle length lilac dress which I think I will wear for semi-formal. I am quite a keen dresser-up for the evenings and I have some nice sparkly tops for the other evenings.

I have a red/white hair scrunchie for Xmas day with a headband with little red/white tassels on it. Very girly (and not something I would normally wear) but it gets me in the Xmas mood.

Angela

Kevin....of course the scuba/snorkel gear was packed first! Ours is.
I have all of our "formal" clothes on a rack in the dining room. Have to move it for Thanksgiving.
Most of my dresses are long....have a couple of short "Hawaiian" dresses for PC & Tropical. The long dresses cover the big calves!
None of mine (well, maybe one) qualify as "Formal" formal....like ballroom....but close.

Way to go Alicia!!! Diana, do you have it on film? I would love to see that! Funny how a "shy" girl can have so much fun with a part!

My door signs are also 8 1/2 x 11.....I just wish they made the magnet paper in a glossy...I looked everywhere and had to settle for matte. Did anyone find it in glossy??

Now I know Ohiominnie is really truly happy for her Maize and Blue friends to the north....We wonder who kidnapped our real team yesterday in Ohio and substituted the lackluster team that played. Seriously, Ohio did no wrong yesterday...I bet you wondered where this was this season.

It's true. I am happy for you guys. I know how exciting it is when your team does well. Congrats!!! And, also true....OSU came out of nowhere yesterday...they haven't played like this all season!! Finally a game that wasn't won with Mike Nugents field goals!
And no turnovers...that in itself was amazing!

I will root for the Maize and Blue in the Rose Bowl. KT is flabbergasted I'd do such a thing, but I always root Big Ten no matter what!

Way to go, guys!

That was a total unexpected TOP for me.

Off to Easton (jealous, Virgil?)...looking for cruise stuff, finish up Christmas shopping as well as we can, and get away from the dog.....

to let her rest.....

yeah, she needs us to go to Easton so she can rest!!! ;)

I should have known Ohminnie was out there!

Tina....I have those "trip" dreams....and they are always stupid. They almost always involve us arriving, I start to unpack....and before I can finish uunpacking, the trip is over.
Maybe that's why we're going for 10 nights....so that I can guarantee that I'll finish unpacking, and have some fun.

I dreamed last night that we were driving around in an unfamiliar place, and ended up at Port Canaveral just in time to see the Magic sailing away. Not "our" cruise....just a coincidence.
But I hope that's not an omen.

That's your story, and you're sticking to it!

Gus

Yes, they are out early, but they go back early too - first part of August. It was so much easier to plan when we lived in Michigan. They went back the Wednesday following labor day and got out the first week of June. Since both Jim's and my families still live in Michigan it get very hard to coordinate with them on summer plans.

I HATE that our kids get out early and go back early.
It made it impossible to do a "Repo" cruise, for one thing....

The only good part about the kids getting out of school in mid-May, is that it makes it nice to go to DL or WDW before the summer crowds and prices start.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone!!!

:bday: HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY NICHOLAS(DGS of seaulater) :bday:

Yesterday was so busy I didn't even have a chance to get on the boards. Alyssa's dance went great, the dinner that evening was nice(and we didn't spend to much money at the auction), and Brittany surived her 30 hour famine.

We are going to try to see National Treasure this afternoon and right now I am watching the last NASCAR race of the season. Should be a good day.

congratulations on your team earning their way to the rose bowl

and to my University of Wisconsin friends......

WHAT HAPPENED??? WHY DIDN'T YOU WIN?????? we did OUR part!!!

Sorry OM, but it was your Iowa friends that messed this one up for you. But I am glad that Iowa beat Wisconsin, because now we are co-champs of the Big 10. WAY TO GO HAWKS!!!

and it's a Disney tree..... all Disney ornaments...

Virgil
pirate: TFD

Our tree is done is all Disney ornaments also. We have a collection we started a couple of years ago and we get a new one in the mail every year. I have also purchased the village(toon town) from the Disney catalog. And this year I purchased the Main Street Light-Up Holiday Houses. It includes Cinderella's castle, Casey's Corner, the Train Station, and the Firehouse. I can't wait to set them up.

We leave for Vegas on Tuesday night and we will be back Sunday night. I am not taking the laptop, but I will check in from Mom's computer.

Everyone have a great day.

And one last thing before I go...

LET"S GO JEFF GORDON!!!

Hey ladies...remember those WISK laundry tabs? Are they not made any longer?

I think that Tide still makes them and I have seen them at Walmart and Sams recently. I am hoping to get some for the cruise too.

I kind of like the "early out / early in" school schedule. It's so nice to hit WDW right away, I think it's actually considered low season until about June 10. Athough I would prefer "early out / late in", but I guess that's not an option. Looking forward to the days when we don't have to consider the school schedule.

Well, all you Big Ten fans...we will be cheering on the Pac 10. in the Rosebowl:cheer2: :cheer2: And this is one year when we are hoping USC does NOT go to the Rosebowl, which will mean they will be playing in the National Championship game. GO TROJANS :cheer2: :cheer2: We did not have a game this week, but play Notre Dame next week then UCLA. (Known as UGLY at our house.)

We had a few of those years, but now we love to take the grandkids and have to work with school schedules again. But we can take some trips in between without them. Just me and Grandpa.:teeth:
