Okay boys......if you're not packing your trunks, then you can't go snorkeling! I refuse to carry a first aid kit in my beach bag. Coral cuts & nibbling fish can be nasty!

Out of here for tonight, waited too long for the boards to come back up.

David, I am so sorry I have not called you. I still have tyour phone number and I promise as soon as sochool is out I will give you a ring. Have you told the children yet about the cruise?? If you have than we can get together this summer. How about a barbecue at our house this summer???

Mark's old write-up is useless as it was for the old chat room. The new room is very easy to use. No avatars, but you can use smilies Best of all it is more stable and doesn't crash as often as the old one.

We have haircuts tonight. Woo-hoo! ohiomickey works tomorrow morning, then who knows what trouble we'll get into. Sunday we have to go to a viewing. ohiomickey's aunt died suddenly on Wednesday.

Now, NEXT weekend is a different story. We're trying to get together with WVMD!! That will make for a MUCH more exciting weekend than this one is shaping up to be.

Good Morning.....Afternoon, to you east-coasters!

Lazy day today. Jordan is going to spend the night with a friend, Jared & I would go shopping, except I have to save all my money for gaRry's BIG SURPRISE!!!!

Jared has ball practice from 7-9......Jay & I have games at 7 & 9....guess I won't be playing tonight (breaks my pea-pickin' heart)

Tomorrow another lazy day with only ball practice for the boy.

Jay wants to do a day trip to our cabin on Sunday. That sounds like a plan....except I still haven't taken the big car in to get the tire fixed that was flat the morning we left for DL.....
Absolutely not taking the new car up there.....narrow roads, rocks, tree branches, dust, mud (if it would ever rain)......nope.

So that's my weekend in a nutshell. Plans always have a way of changing.

Hi all. Busy day today. I was moving desks at work.

I'll probably be in chat tonight. DD was having a friend over, but turned out she hasn't been working on her math project at school like she was supposed to. That would have been bad enough, but when her teacher offered that she could take it home to finish it (which was really above and beyond), she said no, she'd just take the F. Teacher called us to confirm, and bingo, one lost sleepover (not to mention a few other choice priviledges!!) Arrrrrrgh! It's not that she doesn't get the work, because when we did the homework on the topic, she absolutely gets it. She just doesn't care about the grade.

Anyone want a 12 year old????? Really cheap????

Beyond that, we had planned on some pool time Saturday, and maybe seeing Harry Potter. Now I'm thinking maybe DS goes to Harry Potter with Dad while DD and I stay home.

I have absolutly no clue on the trivia questions this time. Mary, your answer sounded good to me!

We have sooo been there, done that.....the school work thing. If I live to be 200 I will never understand kids.
Now that my oldest is teaching, she keeps asking "Why do they do this, are they all like that" She wanted to know if I had any ideas on how to occupy a very unruly 10 year old. I told her to use duct tape & bungie cords.
It's funny to hear her say how bad these kids are, when she put me through homework he#@.

According to the MK website, the MK parking lot can accomodate 12,213 vehicles and covers 125 acres.
I found this while I was looking at the tours on the website.
