I did read that thread. We've been victims of the elevator pranksters, but I've not seen any of that other behavior, and have wandered the ship alot. Well, except for a few adults here and there.....and there was that couple on my verandah......... Just kidding.

I'm really not worried about my kids doing it....although you can bet that EVERYONE will know what mine look like, too...just in case. I was worried last time that my two would fight, and that one would throw the other over, but no such luck. (It would be cheaper to cruise with only one child!)
But seriously, I don't see mine as doing that (yeah, yeah.....I know, all moms say that). I guess I'm hoping we've raised them better than that. And they'd have to deal with their Dad!

Can't sleep - guess I'm just too nervous on all that I still have to finish with 1/2 day of work. Then we are off to WDW! The weather looks like it has cleared up so we should have smooth sailing!

Sorry - won't be in chat tonight. Did you guys see there is a new chat client. You need to register again to use it. No fun avatars either. Hopefully it will work better and not crash. I hear that the reason they changed is because David didn't want his rubber ducky any more Just kidding.

Ok - well off to bed. Hopefully I will have time to check in later this morning before we leave. If not don't expect to hear from me until Sunday sometime (unless we make really good time tonight).

Another week closer to our cruise! Got our MVMCP tickets in the mail yesterday!

Matt - Welcome back - bet you're excited about the big move. Hope it all goes well.

Gail - How's your DD doing? Any word on the test results?

Lisa - Can you believe all this rain? You're right - no more drought emergencies. Have you seen the forecast? They're saying possible rainstorms every day through Tuesday! I'm surprised we got through DS' game last night - the skies looked like they could open up any second. And that pesky grass just keeps growing and growing......at this rate, it'll be another marathon mowing session to catch up once it finally dries up.

Mary - Safe travels to WDW! Have tons of fun at your meet!

Hi everyone. Busy morning here, so I'm late checking in. DD just lost her privilege to go to the school dance since she misbehaved at school. I'm sure she'll pout all night but oh well! I was a good Mom already once this week!

I'll probably be in chat tonight if anyone wants to join in! Tomorrow is busy scout day. DS's first court of honor! And he's earning the right to carry a knife and start a fire in the first part of the day (3 hour classes for each).

DS did tell me that he was picked to lead the pledge of allegiance for his 5th grade graduation. He said that the principal asked his teacher to pick a responsible scout, and he was the first one she thought of. I'm really proud of him. Of course, I was reading the note from his teacher saying that he was backtalking her today just as he told me this, so somehow the two didn't go together, but oh, well.

Off to check the rest of the boards. Everyone have great weekends!!!

Well, DD and I are off to go see Cal Ripken and get his new book signed for my dad for his b'day.

Stacey - I've been thinking about the CM question and I don't think that I'd be qualified for much. I think with my skills that I could at least be the guy who scrapes the gum off the pavement in the MK!

So many fun places to work, so little time.

I'm thinking I'd want to work in the MK. So much magic happens there. And, I'll probably be working retail. I find myself straightening out the shelves everytime we go into a gift shop. Here's my family, shopping for souveniers....here's me, refolding the shirts and restacking them by size!

My other choice.....I'd like to be on the top-secret cleaning crew that cleans & maintains Walt's original apartment that no one gets to see.
Or, I'd like to sit in the booth at the Haunted Mansion and watch the hidden video cameras........major spying!

We got home at midnight. We had the late games, and they're in Phoenix, with a stop off on the way home at Sonic. I am beat. We lost both games, but I didn't break anything.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that there aren't any hidden video cameras on Haunted Mansion. The entire place is wired with pressure sensitive pads, so they can tell if someone has gotten out of their DoomBuggy. Also, did you know there was a 2 story drop between you and Madam Leota's head? Apparently someone got out once and tried to get to her head, fell and died. Hmmmm.
