Well...since as of 11/26/2003, WDW still is not going to re-add the 6:00 P.M. Wishes fireworks for 6:00 P.M. Sunday, November 30, 2003.

So we are planning on meeting at the Boardwalk Lobby at 5:00 P.M..

I also see where they added the Wishes Fireworks to each Wednesday night for the first three weeks of December. But none before each of the MVMCP starts. Oh well.



This will be a very short DIS meet. I'll be arriving to WDW on this day. I can't think of a better way to start my Disney vacation than watching the new, magical Wishes fireworks at 6:00 P.M..

Maybe some of you that will be there for the day can drop by and say hello before you leave the park.

Or maybe some of you can come by early before you start your Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Since I will have been working and driving all night and day, I will just be coming to see the Wishes fireworks and to see Janette before she leaves the next morning and to see Dan Murphy as he arrives that day, too..

So if you are around, drop by.

I hear that this is a pretty good place to watch the new Wishes fireworks.

Well...I guess waiting won't make Disney change their mind again about showing Wishes fireworks on Sunday, November 30, 2003.

Janette will be leaving after Sunday night. And I think that Mum4jenn will be leaving Sunday afternoon. I sure would like to meet both of them for the first time.

I hope to arrive in WDW by 5:00 P.M., depending on travel time.

I think Dan arrives Sunday afternoon, too.

Oh well. I need a Plan "B".

About two weeks ago Disney removed the 6:00 P.M. Wishes fireworks for Magic Kingdom on Sunday evening, November 30, 2003.

I am still hoping that it is a mistake, but I doubt it.

I remember fireworks last year before the MVMCP nights got started.

So we need to make a plan "B"...lol.

We could meet at the Boardwalk Resort lobby and take a picture in front of the BWR lobby christmas tree if it works in with Janette's plans.

If anyone wanted a ride from there to the entrance of the Contemporary Resort to walk directly across to the Magic Kingdom for the 7:00 P.M. MVMCP, I would happy to give them a ride afterwards.

I am completely open to any ideas.

Hi, Katholyn. It looks like Disney still hasn't put the Wishes fireworks back on the schedule for Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. before the 7:00 P.M. MVMCP.

Plan B is to meet at Boardwalk Resort lobby at 5:00 P.M..

I'll be driving straight from home to the BW.

But if they have the fireworks, I'll drive over as quick as I can to get in to watch the Wishes fireworks before they close it for MVMCP.

Hi, Dan. I really like the www.ThemeParks.com site because they are usually better at updating their times than www.WaltDisneyWorld.com .

Reading the various Castmember reports on the Theme Park forum, it looks like they took the 6:00 P.M. Wishes fireworks away from the Sunday, November 30, 2003 date.

Probably because of the 7:00 P.M. MVMCP that night.

I Wish that they would have Wishes that night.

I'll give it until Saturday before I give up and delete this thread. I'll be driving down to WDW on Sunday.

Still no change from about four weeks ago, when they took the 6:00 Wishes off.

Oh well...what can you do.

I have always spent the Sunday after Thanksgiving at Epcot, because it can absorb the large holiday crowds better than the other parks. I'm saving the MK and Spectromagic/Wishes for Monday, Dec. 1st.

But this will be my first day at WDW.

I won't be getting in town until that afternoon around 5:00 P.M.

And my favorite way to start the magic is to see FitS or Spectromagic...lol.

And I do want to meet janette very much. so the plan B is to meet at BWR at 5:00 P.M.

I think that janette is going to MVMCP that night.

I'll be to tired after driving and working...lol.
